First, let me just say this place was wonderful! The staff was very nice. I had anxiety about my first appointment and they were reassuring and made me feel comfortable. Second, I had a 10% off coupon that I forgot, and they still gave me the 10% off! Highly recommend this place!

Christian is one of the most, if not the most knowledgeable people I’ve ever delt with! I’ve never had a question that he didn’t have an answer for! He really is an incredible skin therapist, which is extremely refreshing! His professionalism and knowledge about everything Dermalogica is awesome! He’s so sweet and personable and makes you feel so welcome!

Donnas an expert on laser hair removal, Rana is the best permanent make up artist and my eyebrows look natural and amazing, and then the skin therapist Christian has made a huge difference in reducing my fine lines and correcting my pigment issues. Theres no other spa out there I trust more at taking care of my skin care needs.

This place only wants your money. They dont care about your experience, your results, or your conditions. The owner is very rude and acts as though she cares about you but when it comes down to it, all she cares about is her payday. They lie about pricing, manipulate you into paying more than any other place around, and their treatments dont work. The male who does facials pushes you to buy products you dont need and his treatments are a total waste of money. Wouldnt recommend this place to my enemy!

The place is terrible and the machine is old (it is always broken). There was one time that I went and the machine was not functioning well. She could perform only 8 laser pulses in my skin (the machine wouldnt do more) and she charged me the full price even with this lousy job. The owner is ALWAYS rude and just wants your money. I did 10 bikini sessions with her and my hair is coming back again! DONT GO THERE!!!!

My experience at lazer hair removal, was alway nice, the people are very welcoming and knew me by my first name. Donna is a very pleasant person to talk too. She pays attention to you and what works for you. Its been a little while since my last treatment and still no need to treat areas again. Im very pleased with the service.

I was misled over the phone on units of Dysport. I feel I did not receive 100 units I paid for. Very disappointing.

Don’t go there.. I did laser to my face, and it got worse! I have more facial hair now, and I did 9 treatments.! Waste of a lot of money... I hate this place.
