I can not thank squad 143 enough. Very professional medic (Mr.Reed)and basic. Very kind and compassionate. These two deserve a huge pat on the back. I have never been treated so kind by an ambulance company. The medic did everything he could to help me and did a great job. The basic was also very kind and compassionate. Thank you men for your service of being on the front lines!! You deserve all the best!!!!!

This company has the 2 most ignorant unprofessional emt workers that came and picked up my 10 year old son. They took my son out in the cold then closed the door to ambulance in my face and then acted as if I was in the wrong. I even had to ask them while they were standing around what were they going to do. I had to tap on glass to see what they were doing or gonna administer and very unprofessional the man said you called us and you are stopping me from giving meds my thing is Im the parent you tell me whats going on and explain what you are doin to my child and hes a minor. Im far from done with these 2. I have a witness to their behavior also, currently waiting for a call from Supervisor and this took place early this morning

Very unprofessional and uncaring during an incident on May 4th. Would NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!!
