Great company, they are very responsive and have great communication. Their windows and installation are of highest quality. In my last rehab the windows took this small property in warren to a different level. The people there are also very nice and the fact that they’re backed up shouldn’t impact their rating in anyway. Will continue to use them and recommend them to everyone who needs windows.

Apparently they dont need any new business.I called and asked for window prices. The sales rep was busy and i was told he would call me the same day.They never called me back.

Very good & reasonable price for fixing insulated glass of widows

My family and I have been using Pleasantview Windows for years for our spec and rental houses. Their expertise is second to none. Their prices are great also. I wouldnt go anywhere else for windows.

Been a customer for a few years. Insulated window repairs in a day when everyone else takes 2 weeks. Prices seem to be getting crazier every time I go in though.

I had my doorwall put in years ago & had absolutely nothing but problems with it. I can barely open it & it leaks. They came out a few times & did minor repairs but it only got worse. Bill Henderson was my rep & continuously lied 2 me about getting it fixed. All they knew was to point fingers at either the material company or the installers. All I know is they do not stand behind their word. Dont waste your money.

Stay away. Poor quality windows. Needed an estimate for new home construction, had my blueprints for 3 weeks, promised me a quote in a week. Never even received a quote period. Went in the back to check out quality of windows. Looked really cheaply assembled. You will be replacing these windows really fast. Save your money and go somewhere else

I had a custom made 10ft x 3ft window made a few years ago by these guys. $500, with all the options. Lowes, Home Depot, etc wanted $2k! My basement has never been warmer in the winter! Im back on their site because Im building a cabin up north and Ill be ordering from them!

Ordered a window, called on a day of pickup and they forgot about it. Now its been 3 weeks and still waiting on a call. Go somewhere else, pay little more but deal with professionals

No warranty service. I have been trying to get my door wall repaired for eight weeks. They have set appointments in that showed up multiple times. They do not return calls. I will be filing a lawsuit Tuesday

The absolute worst company that I ever worked for in my entire life this company has screwed me out my hard earned $300 that I stressed and worked hard for obviously they both need the money more than I do some company, and that supervisor he has running around is highly unprofessional, disrespectful, and deceitful.
