Whoever the old lady is that drives the pickup truck cant drive or was drunk.Needs to have their lic removed.

First, when their driver arrived he was extremely rude to both our HiLo driver and the shipping clerk. Then Zap It billed the pick up location instead of the delivery location for the shipment, even though the paperwork the driver signed specifically stated it was to be billed to the recipient. When our manager called Zap It to correct the bill, the first person who answered the phone sounded very annoyed and sighed heavily and dramatically into the phone before stating the matter had to be handled by someone else. The woman who then took the phone call refused to correct the invoice to charge the recipient, even though it was on the paperwork and their driver accepted it that way. We wont be using this service or recommending them to any of our members, customers or vendors in the future.

If I could give you 0 stars I would!! One of the drivers got mad at my wife while driving down 15 mile right before mound. I was following in my car a few cars back and pulled up to him cussing and giving my pregnant wife the finger while inches from the back of her car! You guys should be ashamed of the worker you have! Yelling at women while driving down the road... way to conduct a professional business! I will be in your office 5/11 and there better be actions taken!

When a business openly advertises for a political candidate it is unprofessional. I would never do business with this company. Its funny that they had a family friend named Brenda Blackwell harass me on this review and other places I reviewed. I think it reflects poorly on their conduct as a company. Again I would never do business with a company with such low moral character.
