They do a very poor job helping find jobs..better off goin to another temp agency I been wanting a month now smh this is the worst temp agency I ever work with

When you call they don’t answer they even answered then hung up in my face and didn’t answer again

I called several times and no one never picks up the phone so unprofessional.

Drove an hour and a half for an interview for a job that didnt exist. Wasted my time, I mean seriously, how do you give me an interview for a job that is not there. Never ever using this company again.

As of the 16th of January 2020, I havent received a pay check. Ive tried several times to reach out to Malone Solutions to resolve this issue professionally. However, my experience has been the total opposite. They are not concerned about the people who work for them. Since I havent gotten a response and now its you g on 2 WEEKS since I got paid, Im forced to call the Michigan State Labor Department to investigate Malone Solutions.

Malone Staffing Solutions is a great place for someone whos looking for employment. I was placed in a factory job soon after I applied even after employment with the factory job through Malone Ive been able to contact Malone Staffing Solutions with any concerns or problems I had. Awesome place that actually put me in position to change my life for the better.

This is the worst temp service in the history of my life. They never answer the phone when you call. I have called 15 times in one day and never even got a voicemail to leave a message. Malone staffing is a joke!!!!!!

Its a good place to start for temporary and contract-to-hire jobs, part-time/full-time. The recruiters work fast and find you something within a week, if not the same day. If youre looking for GL jobs with decent pay, I strongly recommend this agency.

They called me right away did background check and drug test after 3 days sent me to work right away. The only thing the place they sent me was a very hard job. Other than that good temp service.

Im in their system, and called about any work available, they have two in my area, but tell me they dont have anything. 5 Months ago they had me test for a fork truck driver position, said I passed, but then never told me if i had the job or not, even after calling several times. Look somewhere else if you need a job right away.

I honestly dont know what to say about this company besides the ladies were nice. They had me do all the necessary paperwork and I was told I would get a call back within a week for both Yanfang locations and a plant in Warren area. Its been a whole 3 weeks and I havent heard anything about a job whatsoever. Its very sad and misleading to be told you would hear about potential jobs within a week and 3 almost 4 weeks later YOURE STILL UNEMPLOYED!!!

Ive been waiting for a month for my national background check. Theyve told me that Enjoli Johnson has not updated the system to keep my phone line opened and shell get back with me. She told me it would take 4 to 10 business days but here it is a month later nothing. They say shes very busy I asked if they can switch me to someone else who is not as busy they said no. This place is the worst most unprofessional place Ive ever dealt with. I suggest you go elsewhere if looking for employment.

Best staffing agency Ive ever delt with in all of my adult life by far! Staff is great and professional not to mention the hospitality thats shown as soon as I entered the door...

Worst temp service available. Ive been through all the temp services surrounding Oakland & Macomb counties. This place is the worst. Been signed up since January. Little did I know that they false advertise for jobs when those jobs arent even hiring yet. But they want the people signed up and ready for when the company does hire again. Ive been waiting 3+ months for a position, I email weekly and still nothing. Now Im losing my home in 2 months and I take care of my disabled mother full time. Worst place to go to, total waste of anyones time.

No one cares for real I was harrased at my job for 2 weeks then proceeded to call human resources when my plant manager couldnt handle,to be fired the next day for calling human resources now hard for me to get hired because plant manager continues to lie and no one did any investigating for the worker.

This place is pretty sketchy I was offered a job and then I was told I would have to wait for a call back for enjoli and now I’ve been waiting for a month now and still haven’t received a call back

I only worked on a assignment for a week before I got fired after being harassed by my line leader about a guy finding interest in me and when they called me they wouldnt even tell me why my assignment was ending, I did my work and I worked very hard.
