I cannot recommend Faithful Friends enough! Rose was so friendly on the phone and got back to me so quickly and Jennifer was kind enough to come meet us early on a Saturday to make arrangements. My daughters guinea pig passed away after 6.5 years, and she was so special to her I needed to do something to memorialize her. No one thought I was silly for brining in a guinea pig and everyone offered their condolences. Even when we left and my daughter started crying, Jennifer was so kind and understanding. My daughter will now have her paw print, a snip of hair, and her ashes, along with a certificate, to comfort her. And they even do a pet obituary - so thoughtful! We live in MA, but it was well worth the hour drive!

We lost our Golden Retriever recently after an illness and Faithful Friends were the absolute best in helping us care for Lily. Jenn worked with us and was so tender and caring. We also love the idea of the pet obituaries and had fun reminiscing about Lily when filling out the questionnaire. We had lots of great memories over Lilys 13 years and they all came back as we filled in the paper. If we could rate our experience a 10, we would! Thank you, Jenn!

I can not thank Faithful Friends Pet Crematory enough for their loving and caring services at such a hard time. I worked with Jennifer who was so kind, professional, and caring. They really understand how important our fur babys mean to us, I truly felt like they handled my dogs cremation the same as a human family member.

My Kitty passed away and she was cremated and back home with us immediately. The paw prints were a lovely added touch that we will cherish. We recieved an individualcremation certificate. Thank you for helping us during this difficult time

Losing a human family member is never easy, losing a pet is just as devastating and sometimes even harder when very unexpected. Making the decision on what to do next is not easy. When we lost our beloved beagle Hailey in October 2018, the team at Faithful Friends reviewed our different options with us, with grace and dignity, and compassion on our loss. I would recommend them to family and friends when faced with the loss of your loved pet.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Awful customer service. I called about information regarding the death of my dog and the next steps to take, and after talking to two different people it was clear these people had no idea what compassion was. On top of that, after attempting to schedule an appointment and them telling me they would call back, I never heard from them. In hindsight, this was a good thing because I used angel view in Middleboro who were amazing.

I lost my best friend of 15 years on May 12th. Faithful Friends made such a difficult time much easier. My mom lost her cat recently and she knew exactly who to call. They are an amazing group of people! I recently saw a post on the faithful friends Facebook page, it was a Christmas tree and on each ornament was a name of a pet that required their service this year. It feels so good to know your pet was in the best hands. If you need their services I definitely recommend them.

Very accomodating, we lost our pet after almost 15 years. They worked very diligently with us to make sure we got what we wanted in a time when we werent thinking straight.

The girl that was there was very friendly and very kind and explained everything well and gave us plenty of time to say goodbye to our cat. The whole experience was very great would love to use there service again if ever needed.
