Jason arrived (which seems to be a problem for most contractors these days) and on time... incredible! There were 3 rooms, an upholstered childs chair, and stairs to clean. For carpet cleaning purposes, stairs are billed as a room. The childs seat was given a discount since it was small, but it needed as much work as a full size chair. The price for the overall job was less than I expected, which is also unusual these days. Before Jason started he placed a mat on the porch, placed some corner protectors (see photo), and put pads under the feet of furniture which couldnt be moved out of the room. Jason had to pre-treat some areas a few times. He worked until he was satisfied with the results (see photos). I was very happy with the job he did! When he finished the cleaning, the carpets and chair look like new. Id hire him again in a heartbeat. Terrific job!

Best carpet cleaning company. I am always impressed with how nice my carpet looks after cleaning, looks brand new. They are very professional, kind and have great prices. I had an issue at my new place and they were honest and let me know cleaning the carpet will not help it needs to be removed. They didnt want to take my money and clean my carpet knowing it would not help but only make things worse (mold issue). They referred to Adams Complete Cleaning & Restoration. I recently had my carpets cleaned. This was on a referral from a family member. I had high expectations, but unfortunately I was not 100% satisfied. When I called to book the appointment I talked to an older lady. She was excellent by the way. I explained how I had animal urine that needed to be paid attention to. She replied back that the technician would pre and post treat the area. I had 2 rooms and a loft cleaned, they were in and out in 25 minutes. They did ask about the urine area. I never saw a pre or post treatment to any of the areas of concern. I feel they went through the motions of cleaning the carpets but didn’t really try or take time to get any stains out. He said they were from animal vomit and they wouldn’t come out. I told both of them it was urine stains. My cat never vomited on the carpet. The technician put foam squares under my couch and chairs. After they left, I went upstairs to see how the bedroom looked. The foam was left on the bed, for me to lift the bed and futon to put under the legs. I feel this was part of their job ? I can’t even tell my carpet was professionally cleaned for $175. I feel this was a waste of my money.

I tried Centurion Cleaning due to close distance and glowing reviews. The person on the phone was very nice (as well as the technician) and the cleaning technician arrived on time. I did not observe how he was cleaning since I had to work. The technician was successful at removing the two stains I pointed out but the rest of the couch did not smell or feel clean. I made sure it dried properly and its been few days but the couch smells dirty, wet/damp in different parts. I also had to pick out few dog hairs that was missed.Overall, it was not as great as I had hoped. Maybe I had unreasonable expectations on deep cleaning.

Jayson did an exceptional job cleaning pet stains and other dirt from the carpets in my house. Tomorrow I have a showing to sell my home and the carpets look beautiful...like they are brand new! We had our grout cleaned in our kitchen and laundry room. We were very happy with the results and would definitely use them again!!

Technician was rude, inappropriate, and unprofessional. When asked questions about how he was cleaning and how he was removing stains, he would respond with an attitude and an “annoyed” tone. When asked why he did not clean under an unobstructed plastic mat, his response was “I am not your maid. You were not prepared” again with attitude. Technician was argumentative and extremely disrespectful. Manager was polite and did apologize, but nothing more was done.

Have used Centurion for 20 years. Tried one or two other companies but never got the same great results. Always very professional and they do a great job!! Our carpet and furniture are older but the results are amazing. I would say look for coupons in local publications can definitely save.

I was led to believe they clean bathroom tile walls/shower walls and this was the main reason we hired them. They do not clean tile walls and did a poor job on our bathroom floor.

Could not be more pleased with Centurion. This is the first time weve used them. They were on time, professional, efficient, and thorough. They were very careful with their equipment and my walls and furniture. The price quoted was the price I paid. Had one carpet area that was so spotted I had little expectation that they could do much with it. It came out clean and spot free. I highly recommend them.

Ive used other companies before and my carpet and furniture was saturated where it took 3 days to dry. My carpet and sectional were dry within 24 hours and turned out great! I purchased their Magi Seal for my furniture and it was the best investment I made. I will be a customer for life.

I always try to empty as much furniture out of the room as possible. I feel it helps technician see wear areas and soiled spots better. My carpet and hallway look great!

Centurion employees are long-term staff, and they know what theyre doing. They once again brightened up our tired carpet -- which we need to replace, but are happy to have its life extended!

2 bedrooms, living room and basement stairs carpets cleaned yesterday. Dried overnight. Everything looks great now. Gentleman was polite and told me what he had done to get out the stains I pointed out. Spiced almonds were a nice treat!

I have been using Centurion for many years and usually I have Jayson. I have white carpet on stairs and upper hall. It is 30 years old so I think that is a great testament to Centurion. A couple of times the stains will wick up after cleaning but they come right back out and work the magic. Time before last, I tried the tile cleaning service in one of the bathrooms and that was wonderful. The floor looks like new.

I called Centurion for the first time 5 years ago. I was extremely happy with their quality of work and their professional staff. We have white carpet and a dog. I did not use there service . I bought some chairs and needed to know if they could be cleaned. The general manager offered to look at them .I took the chair up to the shop. Unfortunately the chair could not be cleaned. I appreciate him taking the time to look at them. When I need my carpets and uphsoltery cleaned. I know who to call !

We needed our garage floor cleaned because we live on a dirt road, and the technician was wonderful, vacuumed up all the dirt, rinsed off the floor, added cleaning solution and scrubbed, then rinsed. It looks beautiful, cleanest the floors been since we moved in. Great service, efficient and kind.

We called out Centurion Carpet Cleaning to clean our in-laws suite and our master bedroom. Our nephew tried home brewing that left us with a messy carpet in one room and our dogs left messes of their own. Centurion managed to get all of the stains out of our carpet and even took off some unsightly stains on our couch. I highly recommend their services.We had a few scheduling issues on our end and Centurions staff was so polite in working with us to reschedule everything. Top notch service!

In 2015, we purchased a large 3 piece sectional from Gormans and were told about the Magic Seal Limited Warranty Against Permanent Staining Lifetime Service Coverage. We were told that in case of staining we should only blot with paper towel or clean cloth. Never use any water or cleaning solution to clean by ourselves. Recently, my husband accidently got blood on the sofa and blotting did not remove the stain. Centurion sent Dave to our home and he was great. He cleaned our sofa and removed the stain. He also gave me information on the sofa material and how to care for it so it would last for a long time. I am a believer and will never go with any company except Centurion.

Weve been using Centurion Carpet Cleaning for years and weve been pretty satisfied with their carpet cleaning work. But we just got our high-quality leather couch renewed, revived, and restored. However, the couch feels like sandpaper instead of quality leather. We were very disappointed but the owner, Kathy, came over our house, and promised that she would do everything she can, including weekly visits with leather conditioner, to give us satisfaction.

Scheduled an appointment to have carpet cleaned in a couple rooms. When technician arrived, he wasnt sure if he could get the spots out. Why would anyone have carpets cleaned and have spots left behind. I thought carpet cleaning meant getting the dirt and spots out of your carpet? Wasted a vacation day for Centurions inability to totally clean carpets. Would not recommend Centurion to perform services. They MIGHT be able to clean your carpet or upholstery.

We have been using this company for years for carpet and tile grout cleaning. They are professional, responsive and stand behind their services. When purchasing scotch guard carpet treatment they will come back out to retreat new carpet stains at no cost within 90 days.

I have always been happy with everyone associated with this company. From setting up the appointment, the reminder call to the actual cleaning service. I had two challenges. My small dog had urinated on the loveseat. Attached seat cushion, so more of a challenge. I was told there was no guarantee the smell would come out. Ken worked his magic. Not only is the smell gone, he advised me to use foil to retrain the dog to not get on the loveseat. Perfect solution.Also a bathroom with stained grout. It looks new now.Thank you!!

I have been using Centurion for 20 yrs. Unfortunately I placed an order in March to have 3 spots removed from the sofa and 4 dining room chairs spotted and cleaned. The technician did not spot and clean one dining room chair. The technician cleaned the entire attached cushion that resulted in 2 large holes that cannot be repaired. I will need to buy a new sofa. I talked with the owner, he made every excuse to justify the error. I would not recommend Centurion to anyone.
