Not impressed AT ALL. I figured for $260 that would include a buff job, and at least all the door jams cleaned. Ah, No. What I saw was a glorified wash and wax. I thought the word detail meant getting...every...fine...detail. There was still splatter from some kind of wax left from the previous owner when i bought my vehicle so i know it didnt get buffed out. The interior was good. Seats and carpet came out looking really good. Engine compartment looked good as well. Im going to try someone else in the future

I got my car interior cleaned. A man continued to asked did i need the entire inside cleaned, when i said yes multiple times. The man said it would take about an hour. It took 3 hours. I could tell the seat werent cleaned all the way and it was still dirt places that should have been cleaned. They do not let you sit and wait there and it was half vacuumed.

Was, wax, wipe down and vacume was excellent. No streaks like my last job at an auto dealers. Highly recommend

Buff n Stuff just tinted the windows on my new Jeep and it looks awesome. This is the second vehicle that they have done for me and I am very pleased. Don’t look anywhere else!!:)

Was told to come by at 9:00 to get my windows tinted but was never asked my name or phone number. When I showed up at 8:50 no one seemed to know of my appointment and the gentleman came off as very annoyed I was there. When the owner arrived he said I couldn’t wait inside and would either have to drop off or hang out at the diner across the street and the guy who does the tinting was running a little late. I waited until 10 and no one had done anything. When I asked for my keys back to leave the owner explained that his son is the one who does the tinting and is always running late a little late. A little late is 10-15 min not over an hour. Don’t make excuses for a bad employee with a habitual habit of being late with no repercussions. I’m sure they do great work but don’t go here if you don’t like to waste your time.

This was my first trip to Buff an Stuff in Warren, No complaints here, tinted my front windows to match the rear of my new GMC Terrain and they look PERFECT, I have had every vehicle I have owned tinted and never looked this good, no bubbles, cuts were perfect, smooth and consistent on both windows, I paid for the best tint he had, took 30 minutes and I was gone, I will be taking all my vehicles to him from now on, very professional work environment as well.

I ran into a bush and it scratched my car from front to back, scratched it in a way I knew I couldnt buff out myself. The guy told me he would buff and wax my whole entire car, and he did it all for a very good price. (They do only accept cash which is just fine for me.) When I got my car back all the scratches were gone, my car was very shiny, he even swept out the inside and washed the windows from the inside for free (very nice and very appreciated). I also have plasti-dipped rims (black) and he put something on them so that they were shiny as could be.VERY impressed and I recommend to everyone. I knew I couldnt drive around with scratches from front to back :) ♥♥♥ Good as new, good n. stuff :)

Got a quote to tint all my windows with a tint atrip was very reasonable, scheduled to get it done, dropped off my vehicle the guy asked what I was there for I told him getting all the windows and a tint strip, he asked if I got a quote and I told him yes, and told him the price, he tells me that price isnt right and had to charge me $100 more. I accepted and job was done, I noticed several bubbles but I know they should disappear in time, well they didnt, infact they shrunk but you could still see the small bubbles on every window, after looking closer I found it was dirt and hair trapped between the glass and the film on every window. So they obviously did not take the time to prep,he told me its guarranteed for life but why would I take it back if they cant do it the first time. Its just a lesson learned wont be back

Bad job and very bad service.Never going there again.i needed car detailing wash engine.when it was over 4 hours later it was still dirtynext to the back seats not cleaned.inside engine was still dirty they spray degreaserand rinse it.when i asked the guy to make sure it is cleaned he got agitated andbecame rude in the way he was talking.i had an appointment with them that the owner did not know about till the worker got there.and they only accept cash and they charge u tax and give u a dollar store book receipt(wonder why......) stay awayand tell everyone to do same.
