Genius Solutions is associated /partnered with VIP Management, L.L.C.,a medical billing company. We were with VIP and have discovered that the medical billing company is completely inexperienced, misleading and incompetent. We, as a medical practice can not enforce enough and discourage that any medical billing needs NOT to be placed in the hands of VIP Management, L.L.C.

I been with this company since the start. I would never even dream of using a different software. This is so user friendly is must be sad for the other billing software makers to not be able to keep up. When ever I need something I contact my personally assigned salesman. Do not use this company, worst customer service and you are the client paying for services! They are rude and condescending when you call technical support for help. Go elsewhere!

After a key employee left quite suddenly, I was left without an experienced biller. Genius stepped up and did a webinar for avery reasonable price. It didnt end there....they continued toanswer questions for weeks under my support agreement. Thiscompany has been a joy to work with over the years. My office isrunning better now than it has in many years. Thanks Genius Solutions !

Very very very expensive. Long wait times. Unqualified salespeople in the field and no inside sales person. One department bounces you to the next. With so much competition is was easy to pass them up. The one positive review was done by one of their employees

We have used eThomas for Practice Management (billing and scheduling) purposes and not EHR. Weve been with them for 6+ years.This is a great software with very solid capabilities. The technical support is very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. The sales staff is great too as they are not out to sell you things. They have great webinars, and training. They also update their software frequently so that the latest ICD codes etc. are populated in the billing system.The cost is extremely reasonable when compared with other services that take a percentage of your revenue. Weve found this to be the most cost effective software till date.

I have been using Genius Solutions eThomas program for over 10 years. We explored their EHR system and thought it might be a good addition to our practice: Oxford Recovery Center. However, what they promised was not at all what the system was. We told them the day after signing the contract when we discovered the discrepancies that we did not want to use their EHR. They said no problem and stated we would be credited the $1,995 we gave as a downpayment. However, they lied. After telling us for months it would be credited, they now refuse.

Our THOMAS software has excellent support and is easy to use.

Very unorganized, racist company. Janice will show up in the interview unexpectedly. The employees lcame across are rude. I held the door for a employee she just rudely walked through the door no acknowledgment. Too many surprises and awkwardness in the interview.
