I just had my daughters grad party catered and the food was absolutely amazing! We paid to have it delivered, the driver was on time and super nice, he even helped set everything out! The food was of great quality and definitely of good value! Ill definitely use them again for any catering needs!

We have enjoyed many years of parties,banquets also mothers day, food and atmosphere also great. Very thankful that we were able to enjoy family time again. This year the food wasnt as good as in previous years. But one bad dinner, (or choices of food I made). Wont stop us from coming back Thanks Aulizio People. God Bless.

Let me start by saying their food was AMAZING! but it went downhill from there..We booked Aulizios catering for our off-site wedding on June 13th back in March of 2019 (almost 1.5 years before our wedding). Our venue is almost an hour and a half away, but they agreed to do it. The day we put our deposit down, I had a bad gut feeling. The staff was all over the place and scattered, but we went with it anyways because the food was so good.Flash forward to a week and a half out to our wedding date and I cannot seem to reach Aulizios. I sent 3 emails and 2 voicemails within a month and nobody got back to me. Our payment was due the next day and still no word from any staff until we decided to cancel. They also promised to take the drive to see our venue to make sure they had everything they needed and to see the location before our big day, but a week and a half out it still never happened, not even a plan to see it (After a year and a half, I think thats plenty of time to see a venue..)When we called to cancel, Desire had nothing but excuses on why all this happened. Such as she got a new phone and didnt have email notifications set up yet. You mean to tell me you dont check your emails for a month and youre a catering business?!Save yourself the stress a week out from your wedding and do NOT book!!!!

Aulizios catered my wedding (at an offsite venue) and while the food was good, the workers were just unprofessional. From forgetting things to not being set up and prepared even five minutes before the reception started, to breaking some of my own glassware that I had provided myself. If it weren’t for one of my guests who was helping out, the place settings would not have been done in time for the reception at all (they had two hours to set up for a wedding reception of about 60 max and we were told it was ample time). They were still setting things up in the middle of our first dance, like bringing up drinks and such. We had asked prior for a knife and cake lifter for the wedding cake, and they neglected to tell us until we (the bride and groom) were standing WAITING in the middle of our cake cutting with nothing to cut our cake for five minutes until a guest handed us a butter knife to get us through that painful moment. Normally I wouldn’t be so critical, but if you’re dealing with folks and their weddings, the one day where they shouldn’t have to worry about the services they pay for NOT doing what they were paid for, you probably should take a step back and at least look at what went wrong where.

We had our sons wedding at Aulizios & everything was perfect!!!! The staff was so helpful, caring & personal with every need. The food was outstanding, and the facility was beautiful. Every thing was handled with such excellence! I would highly recommend using this facility for any gathering as you can tell that it can easily accommodate large or small gatherings. The food was the best Ive ever had at a catered event. The price was unmatched. I plan on using Aulizios for all my catering needs as they also service folks at other venues! Thank you Aulizios for a night we will never forget!

The food here it awesome!!! I ordered a catered meal for 30 people and I needed it in 2 days! They were more than happy to accomodate me. This was even more meaningful considering it was a holiday week. I have to say that the meal was amazing! Way beyond my expectations for a banquet style catered meal. My family was so pleased and kept complimenting how good the food was. Thank you Aulizios for saving my family get-together and for preparations of an AMAZING meal.

Great job at our daughters wedding. Food and hall were great. The only issue I would say is if the are renting the small room at the same time the guest must come through the large hall to use the restrooms. Not good at a wedding. Other than that it was great.

Food was excellent! Service was pretty good too. However, the wait and confusion when we got there was a bit much. They had way too many people registered for the 4 oclock hour and it caused some issues for the people who were stuck outside not knowing what was going on.

I have been working with Aulizios for years. They have been there for many of my familys milestones including my wedding, my baby shower, my sister in laws bridal shower, my kids baptisms, birthday parties and more. I even recommended and got them hired to cater several events for my place of work. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The staff is very accommodating and prepared. They are prompt and efficient. Looking forward to many great events in the future!

Attended a wedding reception, the facility is terrific, well thought out, clean and well lit.Restrooms are very clean, and well taken care of.The food was very good, especially the chicken parmesan.Plenty of free parking.My only complaint, all the smokers standing right outside the entrance...makes for a stinky entrance and exit.Overall, a terrific evening in a very nice facility.

Im with Thomas Cross....steer clear from this place, we went there for Easter buffet.....now they jumped on making us pay BEFORE we were even seated. We were then shoved over to the side to wait with no where to sit while they made others in line pay. They didnt take our names, or put us on a waiting list, just told us to wait. Now mind you we had two Moms with canes and very unstable with us, yet we had to stand for a hour to wait to be seated. They were seating people in no order and others that came in way after us were getting seated before us. We finally were seated and we couldnt get a waitress to bring drinks, finally we just went got water pitchers and helped ourselves. They ran out of salad and, bread,and deserts. What food that was left was good but they kept running out. Trust me we have our daughters wedding coming up and they are not on the list for consideration. If you want to be disappointed with service then this is the place for you.

My family decided on Aulizios for our Easter dinner (2018) and we are sure glad we did. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The food was great and we had a really good time. Thanks Aulizios!

Was here for a friends daughters open house. They had the side room. It was very nice, food was delish. I was very pleased especially since my daughters wedding reception is here next year

They were very accommodating with everything for my wedding reception. I have also helped plan several weddings and they were very flexible for allowing me to come in and set up and tear down my centerpieces and other decorations. Other places Ive done only give me a short window to set up and I had to tear down right after with no assistance from the catering company.

Easter buffet was priced well. The carved fillet mignon was perfectly cooked and was the star of the day! Tender and juicy! I didnt have the carved turkey because there was so much other food to try! But the mashed potatoes and gravy were good. The gravy was really good! I love good Italian fried greens and theirs are deliously prepared and seasoned. We all enjoyed the eggplant parm. Their red sauce is very good! But the meatballs werent anything to brag about and probably come frozen in a bag from GFS. Its pretty amazing how many people they can seat and serve pretty quickly! They had plenty of wait staff to help with beverage orders and clearing dishes and refilling water and drinks with no waiting. That was impressive! If youre thinking of having them cater your wedding reception, you can be confident that they can handle it no matter how big! The reason I did not give 5 stars is because there was no hot tea and the dessert table was a big disappointment. They had sliced cake that was just like something you would pick up at Marcs, and the same with the cookies. There was something that was supposed to be vanilla icecream, the cheapest quality stuff. They did have real Reddi Whip whipped cream and a variety of GFS toppings, so that made the kids happy. There was supposed to be cheese cake but at 3pm there was none to be found, although lots of people were waiting for it. It would have been special to have a nice Italian dessert like teramisu. But over all, for the price and the convenience of location and parking its a good buffet. And if you have a big party of 12 or 20, no matter how big, no worries, they can handle it! Also, they served all kinds of things that I didnt try: fish, chicken, mac and cheese, salad, white sauce pasta, and more! So no matter what you like to eat, they had it! So give it a try next holiday! It doesnt compare to the more expensive holiday meals, like at The Peter Allen Inn or The Chop House, but it depends on what you want to spend.

Worst company that I have ever done business with!! I was immediately drawn to Aulizio’s since it was a family run business. I usually go with family owned businesses seeing how they are different than corporate America and actually care about their customers on a personal level. Boy was I wrong with Aulizio’s. Your presentation last year came off flawlessly when my then fiancé, in-laws, and I came to test your food. The main female, who I don’t know the name of because I don’t care, was so helpful at first, but it is obvious that was all a ploy to get my business.They “lost” our certified check that we sent certified mailed. When we contact Aulizio’s, the above female told us that we would have to mail in our tracking information to show proof. When we refused, it magically appears about three hours later. The main lady then advised me that she was unsure if the chef could cater to one of my guests with a severe allergy to garlic. Well that’s after she actually got off the phone when I was there to pay the final amount. Every time I called to ask a question, I was immediately told that she would have to call me back because she was with a client; however, when I am there, she has a full blown conversation with other clients. Great customer service there! Before my career, I was in food business. First off, the customer is always right especially when they are paying the outrageous amount you want for your services. You don’t argue, you don’t question, you put on a smile and shake your head yes.I have NEVER been so disrespected in my life when it came to the male who was in charge that Aulizios sent. The food was nowhere near as good as the first taste testing and the hostess/waitress or whatever you want to call them barely having a smile on their faces the entire night. If you’re that miserable, stay away from a celebration like a wedding! To top that off, the supervisor had the audacity to approach me and ask about the tip my wife and I gave him. The best part was that he didn’t even pull me aside, you called my wife and I out in the middle of our wedding then extorted an extra $100 from my Father in Law. In that line of work, you work for your money and when you are deficient, you get what you deserve. Why should I give an extravagant tip to people who look absolutely miserable, lacking the personality needed to please my guests? That is absolutely unprofessional and morally wrong!Then there was the bartending staff. When we went over the final numbers, I advised that there was going to be 165 people attending my wedding. We paid for unlimited pop for guests that included cups, yet half way through the wedding we run out of cups and pop? This forced my Father in Law to have to leave his own daughter’s wedding to purchase more pop and cups that were included in our price.Overall, this was a horrific experience and with all honesty, I do not know how your family owned business has been able to stay in business for the last forty years. I have never in my life been treated the way I was with Aulizio’s and it’s honestly pathetic. You can give this letter to Caesar, the owner, but please don’t contact me because I have nothing more to say and there is nothing you can do to smooth things over. Your company is rude, miserable, and most importantly unprofessional. I was really hoping that I would be able to recommend Aulizio’s to friends and family; however, after my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. I honestly feel sorry for the unsuspecting clients you bring in.
