Horrible customer service. The lady at the reception was not willing to answer my question regarding why I have to pay $392 for the labor. Her answer was “That’s what you have to pay for professional service”. Really? How do we know that you are not arbitrarily charging us a higher price?Their overall attitude was disrespectful because they noticed I didn’t have any other option to go to another mechanic. And they took 2 days to finish the work that could’ve been done in a few hours.I recommend everyone to go to other places nearby. You’ll save both money and time.Edit after reading the response: Ive read your responses to other negative reviews and noticed you always were defensive and calling them fraud because they were critical of you. So Im not surprised here. You were charging $98 per hour for your labor and thus I deserve to get an explanation regarding why it took you 4 hrs to finish the work. First, you didnt even give us a printout of the cost of everything were paying for and claimed the parts were expensive when in reality, the cost of parts were around $200. You were not transparent about anything you did.Also, I noticed you started making fun of my dad inside the shop because he had a thick accent. Maybe the environment you and your buddies came from didnt teach you how to treat people with respect but when running a business, you either treat everyone equally or theyll go to someplace else. Its capitalism 101. I dont normally leave a bad review but youre the worst business Ive come across in years.

I want 2 thank god 4 skinnys. I was going 2 mac auto for about 4 yrs since i moved 2 warren. After they closed earlier last year i really didnt know who 2 take my car to. I took it 2 the dealership and got robbed over a part i had fixed for lesser price and got a oil change for what the dealership charged me. NEVA AGAIN. I poundered where can i take my car 2 a mechanic i could trust again. Googled my area skinny came up and plus its walkin distance. Jason and his team are my boys. Reasonable prices excellent work. Plus they work on sat which is a plus 4 me. I recommend every to leave there car with them. True and honest mechanics

I had a performance exhaust put on my truck. They did an amazing job. I watched as they made every minute adjustment in the exhaust to have the proper clearances and matching tips. They were very fair on the price and all around an amazing shop. I only gave five stars because it wont let you go higher than five. They deserve 10 stars for the work they do.150% would recommend this shop to anyone who needs work done to their vehicle.

Skinnys was suggested to me by a good friend when I moved to the area. My car is a little bit older and at the point that some repairs needed to be done. Everytime something has come up, theyve had it fixed next day and at a fair price. Last week I was set to go on vacation. I found out two days before I was set to leave that I had an oil gasket that had started leaking and had severely degraded a coolant line. They got my car in next day, found the parts (which they had to go across town to the dealership to get themselves), and had it back together by the end of that day. They saved my vacation and I was very thankful for that. They are a small shop but they are hardworking honest guys. Finding a good auto shop is hard, I am glad they were suggested to me. They have my business from now on.
