This store here in Warner Robins on Watson Blvd is terrible. I had surgery some weeks ago so I decide to order some flooring and have picked up using curbside services. I parked and called in and stated which parking space Iwas in and gave my order number. I was told someone would be out shortly. After waiting 30 minutes, I called back in and statedI am still awaiting pickup for space 4. The lady goes on to say, someone will be out shortly, I do understand there is a shortage of workers now, so I politely said ok. Shortly afterwards I see this young lady coming towards my car with two boxes, so I roll down my window and look and see two damaged boxes and one box even opened. I proceeds to get out and do further investigation and she says that this must have been the last ones available. But she didnt know that my husband was keeping his eyes on the supplies each week and had told me that there were lots of pallets of this particular ones I am ordering. So I proceeded to tell her, that I do not want those and even though I was in pain, I wanted to walk to the area where these flooring was and see for myself. The young lady goes ahead of me and I hobble on in and low and behold there is an entire pallet of the vinyl flooring of the same that I ordered. I told this young lady that I was very disappointed because if I would have allowed her to go ahead and put items in my car without inspecting, she would have given me those damaged goods. In the pictures you can only see the box on top which is OPENED, but the box underneath that box is taped all up and the box is damaged as well. So I deliberately took a picture of the full pallet of good boxes.
Spoke to one employee in the paint department and was totally ignored. Then when we finally did get help he put our paint in the shaker and walked off. After about 20 minutes of waiting for him to come back I flagged down another employee to help me. She had to call another employee over there and it was the one who ignored me, but this time she was rude. I wont be going back to this Lowes anytime soon. They need to have a class on customer service.
Very disappoint in Lowes. We bought a riding lawn mowerin 2017 . The lawn mower came with a 3 year manufacturer warranty. We purchased 3 year extended warranty. We were told that would give us 6 year warranty.When our lawn mower quit on us after two days of calls to Lowes and warranty center they finally found our warranty. Was told it expired in 2020. The extended warranty ran with the manufacturer warranty. Why is it called extended and why would I pay 200 dollars for a warranty if I already had one. I have always purchase my appliances at Lowes. After this experience I will no longer shop here and I have discovered that there extended warranties are a scam. SO BEWARE
My girlfriend ordered some fence panels and waited three weeks for them to arrive. Once they arrived we went to pick them up but even though she notified them that we were on the way and even that we had arrived no one pulled the order. We had to chase people all over the store to get anything accomplished and it took two hours for what should have taken 15 minutes. We asked for a manager and never saw one as they seemed to not want to deal with us even after they were paged three times. The manager on duty should be fired if this is how he handles this store.
I could have waited a long time or pulled it myself I was told there was only one person in the store that did that. So I pulled it myself. The cashier in garden shop said he couldnt leave the register. I could understand. He loaded the 6 bags of top soil and 5 bags of mulch into my car. Not happy, but I can understand.
Ordered wood fence panels online on 8/1/2021. It was a special order so it would not be ready for pickup until 8/16/2021. That was fine. Worked out details to have someone available to help me pick it up. On 8/16/2021, I waited on Lowes to contact me. Never got that. I finally called them. They said I just need to wait longer. Product finally arrived on 8/20/2021. Made arrangements again to have help on Monday 8/23/2021. On the 23rd, per the app, I let them know that I was on my way at 5:30 pm. Got to Lowes, parked in spot # 6 and again, per the app, I was to wait and it would only be a few minutes. 10-15 minutes later, we walked inside the lumber yard area to be told it was wrong for me to wait for them and that I needed to go to the other end of the store to customer service and get the paperwork and then bring it back. How was I suppose to know this information? I did as I was instructed, got the paperwork, went back to the lumber yard and was told these items are at the opposite end of the store in the garden center. Went to that end of the store only to be told that there was no one to help me as they were all on break. This young lady suggested that I go to customer service and request to see a manager. Back to customer service I go. Young man paged for a manager at least 3 different times. Stood waiting for about 30 minutes. Manager NEVER SHOWED UP. Back to garden center to see if maybe whoever was on break is back. Yay he was. Now this young man never gave up. He helped up find the panels. Yep, they were lost. And actually they were in the lumber yard the entire time. MANAGEMENT SUCKS AT THIS LOWES. What should have taken 15 minutes to pick up took over TWO HOURS!
I walked in the Warner Robins store 2 weeks ago to pick out a dryer and a dishwasher. I had the biggest most arrogant associate do everything but help me to the point of he didn’t show me anything about the dishwasher and he walked away from me mid sentence to wait on someone else. He complained about the store being so busy the supervisors were in meetings until 5 so no boss on the floor. I left only to order online the items I wanted the next day. I ordered the dishwasher had to pay for a plumber to install it. I love the dishwasher. I also ordered a dryer and paid for it haven’t seen that dryer yet. When the dryer didn’t show up my husband and I began trying to call Lowe’s. No one would answer the phone we called the 800 number no answer I called the pro-line I spoke to a very nice lady from somewhere. I called the delivery service they claim they didn’t pick up the dryer. I’ve received 3 emails about the delivery of this dryer and it still hasn’t shown up. Lowe’s hires out 3rd party delivery people. I believe the dryer was stolen and Lowe’s isn’t investigating it’s employees. This ordeal began with the jerk Austin that Monday evening... his being to small minded about the best interest of the customer or the company being extremely busy...it’s ended with Lowe’s lost my business...this experience was the 3rd bad experience in this store. The supervisors need to be on the floor not locked up in an office hiding from the public. The customers are the ones providing the paychecks with our business. Holiday sales more employees needed in appliances I saw for myself that sales were lost because there weren’t enough employees to do the job. The ones on duty were horrible..
Last several times Ive been in Lowes there hasnt been enough employees working to offer me help. Stood in power tools for 15 minutes, called the store, was hung up on without saying a word, went to customer service, went back and waited another 15 minutes. Ended up taking 45 minutes to buy a expensive Dewalt drill.One time the check out line almost made it to the middle of the store because there was only ONE line open. Use to love going to Lowes, now not so much.Gonna give Home Depot some business. (Feel like a traitor)😢

Lowes needs to hire more people. The workers are great, friendly, but more are needed. The online pickup has some bugs when another Lowes becomes my new pickup. I had to drive to two different Lowes without prior coordination.
My go to place because they care about all people and customer service is always good! The prices are spot on and easy to navigate for your items.
I visited Lowes on 18 Sep 21. Nelson helped me in the electrical section. He was extremely helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to help me find the solution to my problem. Besides that, he is a retired AF veteran. Thanks. Jim Rosseau
Atrocious customer service. We bought a deep freezer online and had it delivered. It was left in the garage in the box as was arranged. When we unboxed it we found two large dents in the door. I called to see what could be done. I was told we could exchange it or get 10% refunded. I said I’d prefer an exchange. I was told to ‘just bring it in’. It’s an enormous upright deep freezer. I have no way of getting it to the store. It’s taken *dozens* of calls to try and sort this out. The woman at the customer service desk kept hanging up on me. I couldn’t believe it. I was calm and polite, it was like she just didn’t feel like dealing with it. I finally got ahold of a guy named SJ in the deliveries department and he was nice and able to help. If we ever buy another appliance from Lowe’s it will be at the other location. I will never step foot in this location again.
Actually tried to get a job here, but have been calling for 4 hours straight to Nobody pickup. I went directly to this location to see whats up, but its just lazy people who dont want to answer the phone yet they deserve $14-$17.25 an hour? Guess since nobody wants to work yall may as well close this location whats the point if nobody is around to help.
They hired someone for the Paint department who seems to be having a bad time with his job, not a kind person and he doesn’t seem to be interested in helping consumers with their needs. If I could add the color to the paint my self I would, so so wouldn’t have to bother this man who don’t enjoy his job.
This store was a disaster. There were piles of merchandise stacked on the floor, preventing you from going down the aisle. I understand if someone was stocking the merchandise but there was not a soul in sight.Now, let me tell you about the checkout experience or lack there of. Our cashier was Shayla. Didn’t ask for our Lowe’s card. Was more interesting in a phone call she was receiving on her iPhone, to the point that she stopping ringing up our merchandise to put her AirPod in her head. She clearly didn’t want to be there today.Just a gross experience.
Clean and nice store. I always like that smell of fresh lumber Everytime I come in this place. The workers at the cashiers are always helpful. I wish they have self-checkout but they dont.
I have been upset with Lowes since 2017 when they did the floors in our house and wouldnt send anyone back to fix a little problem we found. We finally gave up and are living with the problem. I dont go to Lowes much at all anymore, when I used to go for everything--mostly because I live 30 seconds away! I made the mistake of going yesterday. I needed specific types of repotting soil and Amazon cannot ship those items to our address. Some kind of agricultural law. So I purchased from Lowes and asked for Curbside Pickup since I do try to limit my contact with people I dont live with. Received an email that the order was ready. Drove to Lowes. Parked in a Curbside Pickup Spot. Checked in on the app. No one came out. Called the number of the Curbside Pickup sign. The number rang 20-25 times and disconnected. Called EVERY EXTENSION in the Lowes directory. The numbers would ring, then disconnect after 20-25 rings. So, even though I was NOT prepared to go inside the store, I went inside. There was a crowd of angry looking people at the counter. There was a guy just standing in the Pickup Section. I swear it looked like he was just reading his phone. There was one girl taking care of customers. Even though I was very far back in the line, she asked if she could help me. I gave her my order number and she produced the two bags of soil. Although she didnt look at me, she did apologize for my inconvenience. I thanked her and returned to my car. If Lowes is going to offer Curbside Pickup, they need to actually have people available to attend to those who come to Curbside Pickup. I used to really love our Lowes. But over the last 5 years, it has deteriorated terribly. I get angry every time I go there.
The one in warner robins seems to have a bit better selection than the one off 96th

I asked for help with cabinets. Employee placed call on telecom but no one came to help. This was after multiple requests. It’s good to come and get things you need here but the customer assistance is quite lacking. (At least with the Custom Closest section)
I was looking for Outdoor Windex. The shelves it shouldve been on were not stocked. The saleswoman checked the inventory on her phone and said there were 48 in stock yet they were not on the shelves. Piles of boxed stock were stacked on top of the shelves. She said Id have to come back when the boxes of the product was put on the shelves, but didnt say when that would be. In my opinion she shouldve made the manager aware of this but she didnt. It was 7:30 am, the store had very few customers at the time, not at all busy.
This is the worst place to do business at! Especially making a big purchase!! Will not recommend anyone to do business with Lowe’s! And the plumbing company they are associated with called Handy.com they need to be shut down all together!! Had an appointment with one of their pros to do a job that was already paid in full and they never showed up and didn’t even hesitate to even call me and tell me!! I did get my money back though, but that was besides the point. I just want everyone to be careful and watch yourselves when purchasing from this Lowe’s.
The curbside pickup is terrible and had to wait over 2 hours, meanwhile I was able to watch 3 employees take 20 minutes to take 1 chair inside. Amazing

Standing at the grille area for more than 20 minutes and we are not the only ones!!! the service button says help needed at the generator area…WTF. Off to the Lowe’s on 96!!!!! Where the service is ALOT better….
Lets start this off by saying SHAMIKA in the flooring section is a consummate professional. She was patientand understanding. We changed our order (twice) and all she said was no problem. Our experience with Shamika was exceptional.
Remodeling my bathroom. Lowes had everything I needed. The service was excellent. The lady doing curbside went above and beyond services. I appreciate it alot

Needed some help reprinting some receipts for our companys bookkeeping, and Nysiah at Customer Service helped me with each of them. As I stood in line, I was already aware of how attentive and friendly she was to her customers. She took care and time to help each of them until it was my turn, and then provided me with the same courtesy. She was very pleasant and had a great personality! Other members of Customer Service were really great too- in between assisting the long line of customers, they were answering phones and it looked like a mini beehive with the way they moved about to get things done! Great overall experience.
Very pleasant/helpful employees. Seemed eager to assist. This was a great visit to Lowes, wound up buying new lawn mowers.
Lowes has almost every thing you need, but terrible customer service! How can you sell a product that was already sold. Wow!! Beats the h*** out of me! Then made us wait almost an hour before we were informed!! Go figure!

Ordered a washer and dryer!!!! Over $3500 set up delivery. The day of delivery the truck showed up with 2 dryers. So the deliver guys were really nice and told me they would bring my washer first thing in the morning. I have already gotten rid of my pod washer and dryer so they promised me it would be first thing the next morning. So at 11 am the next morning NO WASHER! So I called the driver he said I’m sorry but the manager made your delivery 4-5 on the list and it’s on a different truck. I called the store 16 times to speak with a manager. Never once would a manager answer the call. I am beyond ticked. We spend ALOT of money at Lowe’s but from now on Home Depot will get our business.

I bought this sds drill for 299.99, they were suppose to have a special, buy the drill and get a 20v 5ah battery for free, but because they were sold out I couldn’t get one. The first cashier said that I could have a rain check and that they have a truck coming tomorrow and I could pick it up then. The second cashier told me that the first cashier lied and there was no truck coming and I just missed out. I’m a contractor so I go through batteries so I could have really used that battery. Lowe’s should not advertise it they can’t provide the the product they are offering

Lowes can sometimes be a challenge because theres so many things in there that you can forget what you came for! But we had a list this time, and we were able to get everything we needed as well as the prices for the things we want to get in the near future. The staff was very friendly, and I believe every last one of them said Hello, how are you doing? as we walked by! Lowes is a fun place to shop.
Im seeing alot of complaints,but also many good comments,I personally have never had a problem with Lowes, employees are very helpful,and always find most of what I came in for,Im sure there are reasons for complaints,I just dont see it,not just one store but all Lowes Ive shopped in are very nice and helpful,sometimes they busy with another customer,and might have to wait just afew minutes but thats cool.lowes your doing a great job.
Dont order appliances through these guys. Ive had multiple high dollar orders lost and in one instance they lost all record of my purchasing the appliance. I had to produce bank records for a refund. Never did get that microwave.

Lowe’s is always a good place to get the stuff you need to do home projects. Since the whole COVID stuff it has gotten bad about staffing and the quality of employees. Finding someone to help is very difficult and a lot of times useless because they are not knowledgeable about their area. I still shop here but not always a good experience.
During this pandemic Ive learned Im far more resilient than I thought myself to be and Ive also learned IM MORE THAN A HOMEMAKER... With the help of Lowes I believe I can now MAKE a home.. Literally. The associates have always been courteous and helpful even when I thought I had it. The prices are very comparative to those around and this far every product that Ive used this far has given me great results. Im preparing to purchase some economy carpeting... Well see how they measure up to that.

I have to say Lowes kinda impressed me. I was looking for some Oklahoma Joes grill temp gauges. They were nowhere to be found but online said there were 6 in stock. A lady came by and asked if she could help me. She spent almost 15 minutes tracking the gauges down for me. Kudos for that level of customer service. Plus, they had plenty of checkout lines open
I came to lowes 20 miles and bought a kitchen light at lowes. I got home 20 miles home (40) miles total drive to find the light missing the mount bracket which should have been in box. So I called today 15 times to only be able to get no one on phone. Total time wasted about 3 hours.this store sucjs
Waited over 45 minutes for a service in window/door section 2 Sunday’s ago. After several attempts to get someone with no luck I left. Seems the major thing in short supply is good customer service.

They rescheduled my delivery twice, they attempted a third time, and told me my appliance wasnt even on the truck. I just requested a refund... After looking over other one star reviews, it seems delivery is an issue for them. Disappointing to say the least. I recommend picking up your item from the store if you are making a purchase...
Found what I was looking for at least. When I went to check the associate gave me a hassle about using my military discount. Not pleased at all. I will be returning to my usual Lowes, Hwy 96, for all future purchases.
Washer and dryer. I ordered on July 7, 2020. Never received a 3 week call for update. I received a text messages on August 20, 2020 that my products will be delivered tomorrow between 8am-12:45. I called the delivery service they said they never picked it up because it was not at the store. I called Lowes and got transferred 6 times (employees were not helpful). Once I got a hold of a person in the department they were also not helpful. Stating it was not their fault and trying to pass the blame instead of helping me out. They told me that they were going to call me back but never did. I called them back and they the associate stated that he was really busy and it has been crazy all day. He stated that i was the priority and will call me back. He never called me back. I went to the store on August 22, 2020 and asked for a general manager. I waited for over 45 minutes and he never showed up. The association called Evan (manager) several time. It was an extremely frustrating situation.

Lowes service has gone down significantly since the new CEO took over. The selection is poor. The customer service manager had such a negative attitude towards her customer. I dont understand how she was appointed to the role. If the board does not take necessary actions, I predict that Lowes will be going down the path of being eliminated. Home Depot will eat its lunch unless the top leadership changes its attitude and treats customers as their blood line, not the other way.
