Pretty decent spot. Most of the washers work. Takes very little time. Driers and washers are fairly cheap ish... Lady who worked there was either helping customers or cleaning up which is pretty cool to see. Only issue I had with the place which kept it 4 and not 5 stars was the lack of seating. Get more seating and Ill come back with 5 for you!

I like coming here, the 2 ladies that work here is friendly and if you dont have time to the laundry yourself they will help out and do it..... May cost a little bit, but thats ok... The guy that works here he dont like to do anything it seems... Other than that, I ask more seating and get a third person in here that is willing to help customers.

I like that its clean, reasonably priced, and there are a variety of machine sizes, but i think it would go a long way to repair the many broken machines, the broken detergent vending, and bring in an ATM, more folding tables, and maybe a tv and/or wifi. at least spread the rows of washers in the middle out some so its not so cramped there with the big open space just beyond it. if more than 2 or 3 people are washing clothes in that area it gets a little uncomfortable.

Just wash somewhere else. Especially when the Latina woman is working (usually 3-close). She literally does NOTHING. just stands or sits there on her phone. Today, she literally watched SOMEONE ATTEMPTING TO STEAL MY THINGS!!! I had to call the police because I caught it happening, THANK GOD... If you value your belongings, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

This laundromat is a nice one. One thing I like about it, is the many washers in the place and your clothes clean well and the place is clean and staff is nice. A con is for the people that only have cents, please bring in cash to use to make a card

My wife goes there when she has heavy duty washing to do, blankets work clothes etc. The establishment has an attendant to monitor the machines and assist customers who may need help. The attendant, for a fee will fold your clothes and place them in a cart for you. In short well worth the experience. Remember its all about the service.

Ive been going there since they opened the only Problem is the Washers drivers dont work need to be fixed cant Run a business if you dont have proper working machines.

The attendant on shift this evening was severely rude. I went to wash clothes at 10pm and instead of letting me know there was a timer on the washing machines, she walked up and yelled that I cannot wash because she is closing in an hour. I asked for the managers number and she refused to give it to me. I told her I would return this week and she stated that was fine because the manager will be off all week and no attendant would give me the number. She then walked off mumbling under her breath that I should’ve gone to a 24hr wash. I asked her if she knew where one was located. She said down the street. I asked if she knew the name of the laundromat and she said I don’t know google it. I looked it up and showed her that there was none near the location and that they’re located in Byron and Kathleen. And she continued to mumble. This is the worse customer service I’ve ever received at any establishment.

It doesnt post or say anywhere in the store nor online about when the washer machine shuts off. Some folks get off late and go to the closet place to do their laundry. A heads up about the shutdown time of the washer would be efficient. Instead of a rude attendant who talk trash under her breath. Ready to cause a scene. Professionalism is key andf a great perk. Encourage your employees to have that.

I only went to this place because my washing machine quit working. This is a public laundry, more than half of the washing machines are out of order. Of the ones that work, you can actually see mold growing. Many of the dryers are also out of order and the ones that are still functional are filthy. You can actually see crud stuck to the sides. There is an attendant on duty, mostly helpful. This laundry does not use cash, you must purchase a card and load money onto it in order to use the machines. There is only one functional machine for this, the other one is out of order. I highly recommend finding another facility of this type should you need one.

It was a nice place to wash your clothes when it first opened. Over the years the owner seemed to neglect fixing the machines. There are a lot of machines at this location but only a few works.

I was here sometime ago in 2016, the place was nice and most of the wash/dryer worked. Today 07/30/17 not the case. 2/3rd of the large capacity machines were out of order and quite of the regular load size machines did not work either.The dryers were the same situation signs on them being out of order. How can a business with such nice machines let so many go down and not repair them quickly. For the money you pay on the dryers 49 cents for 8 lousy minutes, this is unacceptable! I will not return and recommend you use one of the many other coin wash in the area--I certainly will in the future.

Crowded, many machines broke

Ann is awesome worker. But the owner needs to repair all those broken washers and dryers. Its so many that requires repair and it would allow more people to come. Due to limited machines it makes it hard.

Ive lived in Warner Robins for about 6 yrs. now and this is the one and ONLY place that I will go to. I feel safe, welcome, and everything is always working nicely. If ever you need help with anything, you never have to do anything but, maybe look around once and someone will assist you.Ill be there this morning actually lol

Place forces you to buy a reloadable card for $1.00. Do not bring change to this Laundromat, you will not be able to use it for anything. To wash small loads its $2.39, medium loads are $5.79 and large loads are $7.79. I havent started to dry my clothes yet but it looks like $0.49 for 8 minutes of drying. Building is fairly well kept and clean, actually one of the cleanest laundromats Ive been to in Warner Robins. Snack and drink vending machines are on premises. Would be 5 stars if not for the forced use of a reloadable card you have to pay for and nothing at the place being coin operated.

Terrible place over half of the machines are broken the management is NEVER around the mid level machines are all broken forcing you to use 2 smaller ones and pay more or a larger one and pay more. They are not managing this place properly at all. WARNING DO NOT GO HERE!

As for the laundry mat its ok they use like a credit card you put cash on which is better than hassling with a pocket full of coins...they also have a wash and fold service that I believe is actually pretty good they charge by the pound it use to be cheap if youre single but for a family of laundry it might cost a lot..I cant remember how much they charge per pound but it was worth it just to not have to fold my own close

Dont go here if you have small loads. Out of 16 machines ($2.29 per load), 12 or 13 are OUT OF ORDER. So youre forced to use the larger, more expensive machines. Need I say more? Ive been going here for the past 3 months and the same machines are still out of order. Same with the dryers, every other dryer is out of order. Looking for another laudromat in the area.

I recently moved to this area and go to a laundromat every week, so Ive been visiting all the ones in the area to see which I like best.I like the location of this one, right next to a Walmart Neighborhood Market where I can shop during or after my laundromat trip. The laundromat itself is a bit run down, and they dont utilize space as well as they could, they could fit a lot more machines or folding tables it seems like. A lot of the machines were in disrepair when I was there.Their payment system is a little convoluted. You have to buy a laundry card for a dollar which you then load up with money for use on the machines. This is an interesting concept; some parts of which I like and others I do not. It does allow you to use a debit card or credit card to load the laundry card, which is a nice feature. It also increases customer loyalty since, because I have the card, I feel like returning. But because it is unlikely that you will use all the money on the card, you are essentially giving them money for free everytime you load the card.They seem to offer laundry and fold services, but there isnt a good sign explaining the cost or process, and also nobody was at the window when I was there. They also dont have Wi-Fi, nor are they open 24 hours. They do have restrooms and security cameras though.My recommendation to the owners is to spruce up the place a little bit. A new coat of paint and maybe even some new flooring. Put in some newer machines. Explain the wash and fold service in a more clear way and desmystify the rewards for loyalty program you suggest you have. A decent website would go a long way towards this, and there are many services out there that can help you design and publish a website for very cheap. I know the area around the laundromat may not be conducive to making it a 24/7 laundromat but it is worth considering. Also, provide Wi-Fi for customers. Maybe some newer vending machines, perhaps even incoporate your laundry card system into using the vending machines.

I use this laundromat because its the nearest to my apartment but it sucks. Half the machines are broken, must get their cards cannot use paper money or coins, WiFi never works. Its a very depressing place.

Run of the mill laundramat. Probably wont get mugged or have your laundry stolen. One somewhat clean restroom and broken vending.
