Shout out to to the driver who stopped on Margie Dr near Gunn Rd today and picked up the garbage that had escaped his truck!Thank you for not leaving a road hazard and eye sore behind!

ITS BEEN 4 WEEKS AND NO TRASH PICK UP FOR MY FAMILY AUTOMOTVE BUSINESS I CALLED SHE SAID SOMEONE WAS COMING THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL CALLED AGAIN TODAY SHE SAY SHE WILL PUT IN A WORK ORDER WHY SHOULD WE HAVE TO PUT IN AN ORDER ITS THEIR JOB! I ALSO SEEN THE TRUCK DRIVE RIGHT PASS THE BUSINESS I AM SO FURIOUS WITH THEM BUT THEY WANT TO GET PAID I WILL CONTACT CORPORATE NEXT!!!!!!!!!!

Backed up for an hour. Gives their own drivers preference over those who were waiting here first.

Poor customer service, they will make up any excuses to not do their job. Pick up trash. I was told if everyone would call to say a storm is predicted and there are large tree branches in my neighbors yard they will not be able to handle it. Well are they “essential workers”. Do they need to hire more help?To keep our people safe! Just thinking out loud

Use the site regularly...very organized

On the yard waste side of it you need to BEG these people to pick it up...twice already in the last 2 months it will.sit there for 3-4 weeks, call in, and then get some lame excuse and they finally pick it up...If someone flicked a cigarette on it my property would go up in flames...in a 10 house section 3 people been waiting over 3 weeks for pick up!!! Horrible service.

They forget to pick up our business trash atleast 1 time a month
