I have called and called and they ask the same thing “what’s the best number to reach you at” and I never hear from them. I recently just moved here and looking for a job to support me, and I have been struggling! I saw this company had good reviews but I’m not sure why when they’re not helping people.

Tiffany greeted as I arrived she explained the process thorough. Once I finished my paperwork, testing, and training videos. I met Trish, she is absolutely warm and sincere. We sat down and she accessed my qualifications. I was placed with a wonderful employment opportunity. The staff overall is very engaging to make sure you have the best experience and opportunities.

I don’t have anything bad at all to say about premier staffing, the staff is so nice to and understanding. I luv mrs. Trish she worked hard to get me back at anchor glass. I lost my dad, so unfortunately my assignment ended. It was my fault, but I still would highly recommend premier staffing over any temp agency!

I literally called a few minutes ago and asked if anything was available. She answers my question with a question whats your name and then finally says nothings Avaliable, well call you once something is good bye and hang up the phone. Their customer service is HORRIBLE, I felt dismissed for discrimination. Theres no way someone with Audit, Telecommunication, and Management experience isnt getting hired.

Oh my Lord that Ashley was so rude to me when I called looking for a job and suggested that I seek out another agency. If they are a temp agency whos there to help then why not just do that. Im a single parent of 4 going through stuff and she wouldnt help me. I feel bad as a person.

The best staffing agency I have ever worked with . They are all friendly people with the biggest heart for making sure they do all they can to make sure you are placed in the best position on a job that will be a greatest opportunity for you to be successful....

I missed a call from Trish and she left a voicemail saying to call back at my earliest convenience on a Monday around 9 and i called her back not even ten minutes later and she was out of the office. Someone took my name and number and said they will give her my information. I called back a few hours later and was given the same information. I’ve called back several times only to get she’s very busy and my information is on her desk. I’m not understanding how she’s too busy to return a phone call. I called and the receptionist first said let her check to see if she’s on the other line(which she never did) then told me that my information is on her desk and she will call me back. I asked how long does it take for her to return my phone call because I’ve been calling every day this week since she left the voicemail. This is very unprofessional and if a phone call can’t be returned at least send an email giving further instructions whether i need to come in the office or provide more paperwork. You’re there to provide a service. As a response to your comment. I’ve only received two phone calls and that’s on Monday morning and Friday afternoon after i left this review. Only once was a voicemail left which was on Monday. I will call back next week to see if we’re able to speak. Thanks for your response.

It isnt I who applied with your company but I do know someone that youll constantly put off on getting a job. I have been with him during several phone calls and yet he is still waiting. I wouldnt want to be put in that situation.

Loved the experience of getting placed into a great position vs finding a position on my own! Cut through a lot of wasted time! Premier cares enough to find out what I was looking for and helped me promote my best skill sets! I felt that everyone in the office was working for my best!

So far Premier staffing has been welcoming, helpful, understand, and straight forward with me on everything. Making my job transition much easier. I was not able to accept that offer, but still wanted to work with Trish and the company so I reached out a few more times. Because I did not receive immediate service, I acted like a child and lashed out against the company. What did she do? Called me not only to resolve the issue by clarifying her intentions, but to let me know that she personally cared about me. Thats powerful. Thats Love. Anyone who has anything negative to say about this company is more than likely irresponsible and/or impatient. Thats the only perspective that could skew what these people are all about. Young lady I spoke with over the phone was very rude and also trying to rush me off the phone.....my auntie passed so the suspended me and didnt care so they put no call and no show which was an lie bc I stayed in contact with Mrs.Brandy this company dont care about there employees....and talk to the women like an dog and treated the men like they were kings and there very sarcastic......

Happy and wonderful and helpful personnel of people to get others job at whatever skill set they may have......Strongly advise to reach out to them

The owner or whoever she is picked up the phone so unprofessional talking rude & they suppose to be so Christian. I wouldnt go back to them bc they choose who they want too. Ms. Kathy was the only one that was right in there but they let her go bc everyone loved her. The people in there now are terrible & rude. They will slave you for a small dollar & short change you on your money if you dont watch them. Bring Ms.Kathy back, a real Christian that cared about her people

I was called in for an interview, when arrived I thought me and Kathy were going to discuss job placement. Ive never been asked from a temp agency to go and get a national background check. Warner robins ga sheriff office informed me that I could not get one that the job would have to require finger print. Called macon ga office to get more information no one never return my calls. Now everybody is ducking me, I figure if its that much trouble its not worth having.

I love this place! Awesome Christian people!
