Best place to go for a drug screen.Everything went smoothly.I was in and out in no time.Quest Diagnostics needs to take a few lessons from these people.

Brought my daughter in to get labs. Office closed @ 4PM, did not realize that the office was closed because the door was unlocked. I had my other minor children with me when the receptionist stated that they were closed. As I was leaving the phlebotomist stated I know he aint bring the whole family for labs which was so unprofessional, rude, embarrassing due to other customers being in the office. If there was an issue with the other minor children be in there, do like everyone else state or post a sign. Customer service should be a priority and treating customers with respect should be your goal.

Guys, my name is George an Im petrified of needles but Ms Tara is so good with needles I never felt a thing. She is the absolute best. I even asked if I could take her to my next CT scan with a contrast IV lol. I recommend her for anyone.

Most unprofessional people working front. They don’t even bother answering phone calls. Went there for appointment and system was down. Told me to come later or call before. Have to waste time driving back because they don’t answer the phones

I went to this location on 2/11/21 to get a drug screening and I had an okay experience. I arrived around 7:30 AM and there was already a few people in front of me. They only had one check-in machine so it took a bit for everyone to check in. After that, I waited about 20 minutes to get called and I was in and out in under 5 minutes! The staff that helped me were very kind. I recommend making an appointment or getting there early.

I am very disappointed. I had my blood drawn March 24th 2021 for my biometric screening. It is now April 24th and my doctor who resides down the street from this particular location has not received my results. My Dr. Office has called multiple times on this matter. Labcorp keeps saying they have sent the labs to them, however, here we are with no labs on filed. This is absolutely ridiculous. Luckily Im not in dying need. Please get this facility some more help or training, to have to wait this long on vital information is absurd.

The people who were working at the front desk on December 11th were some of the rudest people I have ever encountered! For this to be a professional business I seriously cant believe the two ladies up front arent fired! Talking about food and drama and getting a attitude when a customer asks a simple question as if I was interrupting them. I will avoid this place at all costs in the future

I’ve never had a problem here. They’re always friendly and fast. It’s also great to get good nurses that don’t hurt you or cause bruises too. Back rooms always appear clean. It may not be the nicest looking facility of this type, but how many around here are...I don’t get the complaints.

First time to use this company.Made an appointment it over 20 minutes before I was texted to come to the windows. I just hope the results get faxed in time to the doctors.Meesha was wonderful person who took my blood. Really Friendly

Check in staff is rude and not helpful. They never answer their phone. They have wasted my time 2 weeks in a row trying to have a test done that they do not have the supplies needed for. Front desk girl told me order is order is good for 6 months.. My doctor obviously did no order this test to have the results back 6 months later nor do I want to wait 6 months.

Meesha is a very sweet and kind woman and really knows her job. I always have serious problems getting blood drawn and she could tell just by looking at me. Usually I have to argue to get a butterfly needle...but she said it was necessary before I even said a word. She cheered me up didnt hurt me too bad after 7 vials taken and she did great getting my mind off the needle. Hope she gets promoted. Need more people like her!

The phlebotomist stuck my vein at an angle and I have huge veins that could hold a 14 gauge, while a hematoma developed because she had stuck through the vein due to sticking at an angle she continued to collect her samples while the hematoma grew shoving the needle in further to try to increase the flow for the collection.After this they also sent myself and another patient to the bathroom to give urine samples to sit down on a box when done with one collection cup not labeled.Not good practices or good “bedside manner” or interaction with customers/patients.

Site coordinator is lazy and refused to do what was was asked. NEVER coming back. Do not recommend.

Outstanding customer service. Easy and simple automation. Go in there give them your reference number in and out every time in under 15min. Don’t understand how other people have had issues. It’s not rocket science.

Worst lab I’ve ever been to. Rude staff, dirty lobby, no towels or soap in the bathrooms. Didn’t run the correct labs. Didn’t put down doctors information or insurance information. AWFUL.

I had to take my 2 year old son to get labs drawn at this Labcorp. Our appt was at 3:30, and we were brought back immediately. The lady who drew his blood only had to stick my son once and the other lady who held his arm did a great job trying to distract him. Its the first time he hasnt cried getting poked. I wish I had thought to write down their names, they were great.

I called customer service Warner Robins, GA for information on tests: 004390 & 146704 after searching Hypochlorhydria on Lab corp website. The man was obnoxious, rude and denied the test existed, then had me hold while he questioned the Lab, after about ten minutes he said the Lab said NO good for test information on Hypochlorhydria...suggested that I question the Doctor that wrote the order for lab work at Lab corp!

Good place, quick and efficient. Their hours arent the best (at least with my work schedule). You either have to go in before work (risk being late) or go right before they close (leave early from work). Also, theyre not open on the weekends.

This place does not abide by HIPPA privacy laws. Everyone in the waiting room knows your business. The staff does not try to be discreet. I went in for a glucose test and almost fainted. When I yelled for the nurse to help me she just stood there and stared at me. She then took me to a room to lay down but it was in another patients’ room with the patient sitting in there! Clearly they don’t understand HIPPA or professionalism.

Quick and efficient lab. they stay pretty busy but seem to work well and get patients in and out in a timely manner.

Beyond rude employees first off. Second they claim they send a form notifying you to pay before they take it out your account. Check my bank account and the money was deducted without me receiving the form a call or anything. Yes it’s only 30 bucks and it’s not an issue but can’t stand liars. To top it off what makes it worst you call the place and they claim they sent it out must’ve got lost in the mail. This is the 3rd time this has happened I tried to be understanding thinking first time they were truthful and 2nd time maybe a coincidence but now it’s happened a 3rd time. The place is beyond a lie and let’s notndiscuss the damn hours they are opened. I guess they don’t realize almost 99.9% of America works 9-5 or atleast don’t get off even close to 3pm when they close!

The lab closes at 4:00 pm. I walked in at 3:02 pm for a drug screening and was told that they stopped doing them at 3:00. I admit I was late, but the waiting room was empty and I didn’t need the results for another 2 weeks. It was fairly rude customer service and ridiculous policy.

Couldnt stand the kiosk to sign in, very impersonal. It was obvious the three employees hated their job. Not a single pleasant one in the bunch!! Felt as if I were an annoyance or bother to their already horrible day. How hard is it to smile and be pleasant, especially if someone hated needles?? Horrible customer service!!

Hours for drug testing are horrible . Close at 3pm.Closed all weekend. Call your employer hr request a change of location. Applecare completes drug screens until 6pm and they are open on weekends .

Wonderful nice professional ladies in this office.

Over an hour waiting . Its a shame they closed the Perry office.. I had to give one star to review this horrible place....

I took a drug screening a week ago and they never sent the results to my employer when its only suppose to take a day or two, as a result I never got the job and I know I passed the screening and even if I mysteriously didnt, they would still have to send the failed results to my employer...
