So Evans is the best. I have used quite a few contractors out of theLima area and they are awesome. They did 2 roofs, gutters, bay window, doors, back deck roof and wall plus electrical and siding and they were incredible. The Amish boys know how to work! Amy gave us good quotes and showed up on time and delivered in full and Toby the owner is professional and good to work with. Great guy. Don’t hesitate to call them. Let the pictures speak for themselves! Plus know that they are reasonable in their pricing.

I used Evans to replace my roof. They gave me a great deal on a new steel roof and blew their competitors quotes out of the water by thousands of dollars. Amy was excellent at getting me an estimate, Grace and Toby were friendly, professional and there to answer my questions promptly along the way. When the Crew came they were professional, on time, and did a good job cleaning up. Evans will be the first place I call for all my future home improvement needs, and I highly recommend them.

Our house is over a hundred years old. Prior to this I used Evans for our roof. Superb then and still astonished now. They showed up on time as they stated. The completely ripped out our bathroom. And redid it. The once sagging floor is no more. Its level and the attention to detail was not missed. Every concern we had was addressed. The contractor in here for the work was excellent. Evans put on a new roof, fixed some siding, and tore off our chimney. Everything from start to finish was taken care of with ease. No stress on our part (besides the insurance company). Evans even handled dealing with our insurance adjuster. A great experience all around. The project was done quickly. We highly recommend Evans and will use them again in the future.

Honestly the most hard working roofing crew I’ve ever seen. They get the job done and even call back to make sure it was done the way I had expected.
