Absolutely rude. Filed taxes wrong, took an extra 3 months to get a return. Decided to call for a question and the women was obnoxious, and I didn’t even give her my name yet. I have never been treated like that in 40 years, just for a simple question. She screamed at me. I do not know if it is management or what but whatever you do. Do Not Go Here!! You WILL regret it. Go anywhere else.

Come tax time... DO NOT USE!!! Williams tax service in wapak ohio. There staff agent Brenda has done a couple family members of mine taxes for a few years now and each person has all had issues with her not getting our full potential refund back, or putting us in debt with the IRS, or flat out will make a mistake and tell you that she cant help you. WORST PLACE EVER.
