I’ve recently got a new Case Worker Sarah Pack and she is absolutely amazing. I understand there is only so much the agency can do but she also makes me feel heard, which is also extremely important. She is definitely advocating for the children in the community who’s child support orders help meet their basic needs. We are lucky to have her.
