Had my oil change on Aug.21. Approximately a week later noticed a small spot on my drive way. I wasnt sure what it was,but it kept getting bigger. About a week ago it got a lot bigger,so on Saturday I checked under the truck and found the oil filter loose. Well I tightened it up. I went back to the shop to let them know,and the manager tells me that since I touched it,its not their problem,and that it couldnt have been their fault because apparently they cant possibly mess up and forget to tighten it down right. So now he just called me a liar. They will never get my business again.

Do youre own oil or go to youre local mechanic.I no longer trust places like these.The staff is friendly they work hard.But when it comes to youre car you want things done right.Youre money do what you want but I warned you.Dont ever use a quick loob, place ever.. ever 👎But if you must only get the oil change nothing else.But I strongly recommend going to a dealership that you car is from or a mechanic you trust.

That seem to do a great job but they are really expensive. Like a synthetic oil change is 90 bux. At Walmart its 65. Not sure what the difference is except the convenience of not getting out of the car, and maybe they might be a little faster. Maybe 10 minutes faster. Satisfied because I had to get in and out and needed it to be done.

Guys were efficient, knowledgeable, and as friendly as could be in 90 degree heat.

They put my air filter in back wards and when I talked to maneger I could tell he didnt care so up to you kids

I have had oil changes here in the past on my van. It was a great price and excellent service! I am hoping that they can help me again tomorrow although it has been in an accident. But it is in a serious need of an oil change and other places have told me that they wont do the oil change because of the accident. But I have always had great service and here before. And I have high hopes that they will do the oil change tomorrow.

Best service I have ever gotten at a service center. They were like a well oiled machine. Everyone was super polite and professional. They all worked in tandem extremely well leading to a quick oil change. They provided a lot of information on the health of my vehicle and future services I may need. I almost felt like I was in a pit stop at a speedway. Great guys and great service.These guys are awesome. I have gotten my oil changed by them everytime since I moved to Ohio. I dont trust anyone else.

My car broke down as I was passing your business. I need a place to park it just till the tow truck got to me. I was told it couldnt be there and I need to move it so we had to push it off your property! Thats the only reason you didnt get a five star for me! You guys do a great job at what you do! Just wasnt impressed with my broken down vehicle as I was stressing already you guys could have gave me a couple hours to get it moved!!

Really fast. They go 100 mph in every direction.Guy were nice. But plan on extra stuff.You are paying for convenience too.Yes a typical garage might be cheaper but considering your time has value these type jiffy lubes can help out.Was shown fluid levels dirty air filters. Then shown clean oil and filters. They did give coupons out.Every bit helped.

Horn was working fine. Got my oil changed here and my horn has not worked since. I just got my oil changed again and soon after I got a hot coolant alert on my dash. They didnt fill my coolant, disappointed and wont be coming back.

I usually maintain my vehicle on my own, but due to lack of time and going out of town the next day I chose to go here. We had managed to get Bryan, the manager. He was super helpful and they were informative to what they were doing and how they were doing it.I was out in 15 minutes and we made it to our 11 hour destination fine!

A few days after oil change my engine started making noise. Parked the car and checked oil it was real runny like water got in it. Started checking under car. Found that oil filter was so loose that there was a gap between car and gasket on oil filter. It had been raining the last few days so water ran down engine and entered oil filter. Changed my own oil filter and oil never a problem after. I wont take my car there.

I absolutely loved the service here. The gentleman was so nice and polite. They were also very educational on certain things they were explaining. I highly recommend.

First time ever going to a valvoline and Ill probably never go anywhere else. They got me in and out really quickly but still took the time to explain what they were checking and what future service I would need. They werent pushy with sales nor did they try to provide unnecessary services. They were simply informative and did only what was asked.

I used coupon for 20.00 oil change and got a headlight replaced. Staff was very friendly . I told them I didnt want an inspection and they respected my wishes. Courtney was very nice and no high pressure.
