Found everything we needed with great customer service. Like this Wapakoneta store better than Lima.

Had the best experience with Kenna in electronics. She restored my faith that there is still good customer service! Also, we were so surprised at how much was actually in stock and the speed at which they can get it delivered.

The store has good products at reasonable prices. Our experience with the installers they use was quite poor. Our first three installment appointments were canceled less than 24 hours before they were supposed to show up. We finally got frustrated and found our own installers . Then we got a message indicating they had been forced to cancel our installation .Really?? Lowes installation service should be avoided.

Kenna and Haily are just fantastic! Made my selection so much easier. I left there very 😊 happy.

Friendly and helpful staff. Never had an issue returning something I either didnt like or wasnt working correctly. Basically no questions asked with replacement in hand when I left! They are a dog friendly store too! I absolutely shop here for no reason at all other than to bring my pup along with me! Any employee I have asked a question to or needed assistance finding something has stopped what they were doing and gone above and beyond to help me. This is the kinda store that makes you feel right at home.

Wapak Lowes is the best around. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. Even though Lima is a little closer to me, I choose to go here instead.

Always a good place to visit. Although I was a little disappointed for not having a spike for the tiki torch! So they wanted me to purchase a separate spike. Still a good place though!

Usually you can find pretty much what you need. But they were out of the wood bee traps that I wanted closest one was Troy none of these traps from Findlay to Sidney Nobby traps like I like. Lot of big bees this year

We live in Lima. Stopped at the Wapakoneta store. It’s so clean. So many friendly employees. Lima needs to be like this store.

So disappointed in lowes,terrible service.i drove from dayton to Wapakoneta because their website had 3 sheds left in inventory. They sent me to lawn and garden to wait for service after a considerable amount of time they tried helping me find these sheds only to leave me.they disappeared for 20 minutes with me just standing there.i got fed up and went to customer service only thing they said was sorry without looking at me or seeing if they found them or help me figure out what my options are.they lost me as a customer

Most workers, not all, are useless to find or suggest items needed. I do prefer Lowes over the other place because of the more brand name items.

They should pay the paint guy more money. He knows his stuff. Maybe a promotion. Idk

Well when you can find a lowes employee to ask for some assistance they seem to be completely dumbfounded by any question you ask. I think ill goto a different store from now on

Placed an order for a range out a store in Columbus (Georgevilles Square). My range gets diverted to this store by either Mark or Heather in appliances. They cancel my order and sell it to another. They do a cash reimbursement which I havent seen because I used my Lowes card. I have yet to see a reimbursement to my Lowes card. 10 days. Ive talked to 4 different managers, 22 people total. I have no range and no reimbursement. Lowes takes your credit and uses it . They transfer funds between stores while you pay interest. Im out 800 bucks with no range for 10 days. Ive contacted their financial institutions to be told its under investigation. My friends do your self a favor and go somewhere else. If their financial institution has to put a company they represent under investigation...need I say more. Truly pathetic in all regards. Lowes And Synchrony financial are 2 companies I will never deal with again. Their customer service is terrible. Im 51 yrs old and this is only the 2nd complaint Ive done in my life. Im pretty passive. But I had to same something. I dont want anyone to go thru what we have.

I really like the pickup lockers at this location. The only thing that bothers me are the large quantity of customers not caring about other people and not wearing masks. So not having to go inside the store to pick up my items is a godsend. Thanks Lowes for adding pickup lockers!!

Great staff and wonderful service. We recently purchased an entire fence project from Lowes in Wapak and they made the entire process so easy. We bought it on a Saturday, had it delivered the next Friday and we had return items that were picked up the Tuesday after we installed it. They made the whole process quick and easy when another local big box home store were being difficult to deal with. I will gladly travel 20 miles past our M home improvement store to do business with Lowes in Wapak.

Keith at the Wapakoneta Ohio store was extremely helpful. He made sure to ask what we needed for a bathroom remodel project and showed us to the products we didnt know we needed. This saved us trips and time and lots of frustration. Thank you Keith!

Great place to buy building materials. Very helpful employees. One stayed after his shift for a short time and helped me load lumber onto a cart, then made sure someone was going to help me load it into my truck.

Awful customer service on the phone ...I gave one star for answering the phone.Was told once our order left there store, it is no longer there problem as far as delivery goes, and it was up to me to track it down.Been waiting since 9 a.m.

Decent store, would go to Lowes over Menards any day. Merchandise is easy to find, with a better selection.

Asked where air purifiers were and a salesman pointed to the aisle. I go down there and here he passes me and points ahead there the purifiers are on an end cap. I ask some questions and he helps me answer them by also reading the box and lifting it to a counter where we can see it better. He places it in my cart so the number to scan faces forward for the cashier to scan.I leave him and look for tissues. I walk towards the check-out and a female associate asks if I need help. She locates the tissues on a top shelf. So helpful those two were as was the cashier.

We went into Lowes in Wapakoneta, Ohio on 8/10/20 to purchase a bathtub and shower walls. Not one employee helped us cart it up to the register...but as we were struggling to get it there, we witness 5 (not exaggerating!) employees sitting on the patio furniture, talking and laughing, as we push our cart by. We stop at the customer service desk and the employee working there also would not help us set up a delivery date and told us to go to a register for that. We have to wait because an elderly man in front of us struggled to get his 5 gallon bucket of paint up to the register...also NOT one employee offering him any assistance. We inform the customer service clerk and she still does nothing. I told her we will report this to Lowes Company and she said go ahead. Needless to say, we left our supplies ( over $700 worth) in the cart and left. We called the store manager...he did nothing. We called the corporate number...they did nothing. So goodbye Lowes.....and Hello Menards!

I call that next Saturday to see where my appliances are and the sales associate scheduled it two Saturday’s ahead when they were at the Lowe’s location that Friday. Okay fine, they scheduled it for Sunday the next day no problem. They showed up with the wrong refrigerator! The head manager Ann admitted that they gave my refrigerator to someone else two days prior. Now I have to wait 5 days to hopefully get my refrigerator. What a nightmare! There delivery service providers are terrible, they left my range and (not my fridge) in plastic and styrofoam unplugged in the middle of the kitchen. Frequent customer.. now will never return.

Went to the tool department and asked if they would price match home depot the tool guy said yes but let me ask my supervisor. We walked to the front of the store and without even looking he said we dont do that. Being in construction Lowes lost that sale and any in the future. Never had that problem at Menards.

Great place to shop for all your home repair/improvement needs. Im my line of work i need more industrial tools and supplies but lowes always has something that works in a pinch. The staff at this location is super friendly and helpful, they might not know exactly what you need or are looking for, but they can always direct you to the location in the syore that it might be in. At othe lowes locations i feel like i know way more than any of the employees and that makes me feel good, this store is the same. Just makes you feel good, no one employee is being under utilized here.

Typical Lowes store, never been to one I havent liked. 4 stars because the last time I shopped, I needed 1x12x12 and there were nearly none in stock, and the ones that were in stock were absolutely terrible quality. Even the 1x12x10s and 1x12x6s were shoddy. However the facility was clean and orderly.
