Attendant is friendly and helpful. Place is clean and well maintained.

Always a few machines not working...with drop off laundry taking up alot of machines...it can be hit or miss on availability. The washers r priced Right...the dryers take forever so they wind up being expensive and time consuming

Excellent and fast service. My clothes is always nice and neat when I pick it up. Highly recommended.

The attendants dont help at all if you have questions. Very rude ! Half the machines dont work and the place is really falling apart. What a horrible and depressing place it is!

Im a very forgiving individual. When unfortunate things happen, its not a big deal! But guess what? First they irritated me with their attitudes at this establishment. There is/was only one person that worked there that had a pleasant disposition. She was latin american. The other employees were constantly rude and unpleasant to deal with. This is just the beginning. I had used the drop off service at this laundromat roughly a year before I said ive had it. First, I lost a mattress sheet from one set of sheets. I didnt really think anything of it. Accidents happen. Then I lost another. THEN I LOST A THIRD. I happen to be a hard working person and I really like having nice sheets and a pleasant night once i finally get to bed. Their response to my final and overly aggressive (in my opinion) confrontation in regards to the situation was that noone here would do that i cant imagine how this would happen. Mind you, i never suggested thievery. no interest or offer to reimburse me in any shape way or form. so im out 400 dollars in sheets and they dont give a you know what. In my opinion this place has nothing to offer as far as customer service whatsoever. On top of that i do believe at this point that there are thieves present. I wont use this laundromat EVER AGAIN!
