This review is 3 months overdue, but back in June, Laurie went above and beyond for my order. Side-note - the staff at this location always impresses me with their friendliness and efficiency. But Laurie must be recognized. I needed over 200 printouts for my best friends Bridal Shower, and she personally called me to let me know she would be sending the order to a different UPS, and personally PICK THEM UP, because the paper quality was better over there. I mean, who does that? And she offered! I was so blown away. I have seen her at Wantagh since then, and she always has a positive attitude, which is probably why the rest of the staff operates the way they do as well.

I use this store a lot and have always had a good experience but today the UPS employee Laurie went above and beyond to help me mail a very awkward shaped package to someone for their birthday. She gave me different options and was so helpful. She is great at her job and was super Pleasant. I highly recommend this location.

I come here 3-->4 days a week to drop off boxes. Friendly staff and I save $$$ by not having UPS pick up at my house. Never a problem, they make it easy, employees are fantastic.

Great customer service fast delivery to destination

We have used this UPS store for years for shipping many items all over the US! After our recent extremely Unprofessional experience with the Wantagh UPS Store, we are DONE! What a waste of our time and not providing normal UPS Service. If you need something shipped you should avoid UPS on Sunrise Hwy in Wantagh!!! GO ELSEWHERE! We will review all over the internet so people will deal with proper professionals and NOT Wantagh UPS!

I just went to this store for the first time and it was an amazing experience. I was greeted with smiles by Evan and Mike. I was stressed having to mail something to PA, on a short break from work, couldnt find the address in my phone and Mike was so patient he totally calmed me down. He was polite, kind and so helpful. What a great place!! Thank you UPS for hiring such wonderful people!!!

I typically come here once a week. Every single staff member Ive met has been kind and helpful. Always a quick and easy experience, even when I have stacks of boxes to ship.

Terrible rude employees working 4pm Saturday 11/3.White heavyset guy with glasses to be specific. Tried to charge 40$ to ship a shirt in an envelope. Terrible scam of a shipping service . GO ELSEWHERE
