No idea what that other person is talking about in their 1 star review. I have been seeing Gretchen for a few months now. Her and the entire office staff are phenomenal. They are polite, they send a confirmation text a few days prior to your appointment to remind you. They are very prompt on returning phone calls or giving a message to the individual you are seeing and they have a sister office in West Babylon that has an equally wonderful staff. Whatever issues you are going through I would absolutely recommend Gretchen and the team.

Waited months for an appointment, was told they have a wait list for 1 month. 3 months later they contacted me to say they had an opening on a day I had to work so I couldnt make it. Then was told next appointment would be a few weeks later, over a month later they say they could fit me in. Very poor communication, never answered voice-mails I left and would only respond via text. Unprofessional and disappointing, to say the least.
