I bought a 2020 Mazda CX-5 from here about a year ago and planned on getting my maintenance done with Wantagh Mazda. However, the service department customer service is horrendous. As someone who has worked at a dealership service department in the past, I was truly let down by the level of professionalism shown. Specifically the disrespect I received from the woman who handles the calls and appointments for the department; she was rude and condescending. I had a decent experience purchasing the vehicle with the Sales department, but due to the rest of my experiences I would not recommend Wantagh Mazda to anyone I know.
