Got bill before work was done.

I have rarely reviewed a business but Bartlett deserves a shout out for excellent service. Matt Shields is my rep. First, we hired them for a trim job for a tree encroaching on our house. The workers were nice, neat and pretty impressive up in that tree. Ironically, they trimmed the wrong branch but I told Matt and they were back ASAP to trim the correct one. To me a good business is not one that doesnt make mistakes (we all do) but one that handles things well when they do make them. Second, my family decided to get chickens for fresh eggs as a project during the pandemic. I thought wood chips would be great for the coop. They dropped off a pile in my driveway today giving me as much as I wanted FOR FREE! Good customer service. Safe neat work. Thanks Matt and Bartlett Tree Experts.
