Horrible accountant and even more of a rude disrespectful person, in an age where customer service is so important, they really miss the mark!
I am not sure if the framingham branch is affiliated with you guys. If yes then they are a disgrace to the company. Never seen a more ruder accountant than the ones I have to deal with at the framingham branch. When I confronted the accountant about his tone, he said that I better look for another accountant. I am just appalled that they would speak like that to their paying customer. I am not paying them to be ill treated like this.
