They have helped me apply for housing and have given me an address where my mail could be delivered and held for me safely,
Great place for the Waltham community. A friend referred me, as I needed assistance with applying for health insurance (appt needed!) I was blown away by how kind and friendly the staff were. There were people coming and going while I was there for meals, computer use, or just chilling on the couch watching tv. It made me so happy to know theres a place like this! Ive been back a few times to donate clothing and toiletries.
Very friendly and welcoming staff, and a very friendly and welcoming environment and atmosphere.
