My eyebrows look terrible. What did I spend 23 dollars on? I could have gotten better quality work done on them for 10 dollars. I wont waste my money again on that service. My eyebrows are naturally arched. Im not sure why is it hard to shape my eyebrows.

I got my first Brazilian wax here with Meghan R. and it was such a great experience. She was kind and comforting even though I was very nervous. I have gone back now for my second wax and will be scheduling my third soon. She is the best!

Go see Jessie!!! She’s quick, and does an awesome job! No unnecessary tweezing! My brows are on point every single time! She’s also super personable - it’s like catching up with an old friend even though I’m only there for 15 minutes!! They always run good promos too! GO!

Clean, smells good. Mask required (for now) for entry. Front desk staff are kind and professional. I did a full Brazilian with Crystal and she was FANTASTIC. So professional and kind and easy to talk to. Highly recommend.

I love EWC and the girls that work there. The atmosphere is very comfortable and welcoming. I have seen several of the waxers there and I was never disappointed with any of them. I have recently been seeing Meghan and she is great!!

Not returning here! I booked 3 services online Abdi got a call from an assistant confirming my appointment. Upon arrival they said I booked only 15 minute slot, saying they KNOW about this issue with online booking ans they still DENIED me the service. This is a terrible service, terrible people

I have been coming here to get my brows waxed for years, one technician gave me burns on my face and apologized and gave me a refund, I gave them another chance and kept going. Now when I booked an appointment online they told me it was cancelled (no notification that they had cancelled) so i showed up to be told I’d have to come back with zero apology or attempt to make it up. I really thought this could be a good place to get a wax but they are inconsistent and unreliable

Depending on whos at the front desk, the experience is usually awesome from beginning to end. If I drive from Woburn to Waltham, that says something. Theres a EWC next door to my house, but I prefer to go to Waltham

I visited this location a few months ago and was so impressed by the staff! Saron and Christina were wonderful! They went out of their way to help take care of my concerns and were so personable. If I’m back in the area again, I would definitely go back!

Im writing a review for Hailey who was the wax specialist that I saw in Marlboro before she moved over to Waltham. So sad she left :( Hailey is sooooo good! I saw her for Brazilian and she always did a perfect job!! I hope she is loving Waltham!!

Needed my eyebrows waxed. Went in, this place is really clean and up to date. I been to a few other companies for my eyebrows that were nightmares, but this place got it figured out. A girl named Jenny waxed me, she did a great job. It was quick, painless, and she even trimmed my eyebrows, which alot places dont even. I would def recommend giving her and this place and try.

Always consistent, usually on schedule, proactive about appointment reminders. Ive been going for about eight years to different EWCs and will never go anywhere else. I recommend buying a wax package, too-- such a good deal. And if youre a student, use the discount!

Najat is by far the best esthetician I’ve ever had! She’s so personal and sweet. I’ve been seeing her for years! I recently moved to Austin Texas but when I’m back in MA I make sure I go see her for my wax. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to find a replacement in Texas, she’s just so darn good at her job! I highly recommend Najat!

I have been going to EWC for years but recently started coming to the Waltham location because Jessica is amazing! She’s professional, makes you feel comfortable, takes care of you (aka there will be minimal pain), and listens to your needs. I’ve tried several other places and this one doesn’t compare. Waxing can be painful, but with Jessica it will be quick and easy; you’ll leave feeling amazing!

Najat is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and beyond professional with tons of experience . She made my eye brow looks very nice, loved it,, she was quick and very thorough .I was recently having issues with sensitive skin and Najat was able to recommend the right products for me . I’ll definitely will be back.Highly recommend .

Out of all the EWC i’ve been to this one is my favorite. Staff are friendly and gracious. The waxers are quick, gentle and minimize pain. Carlie is my favorite but i’ve had a great experience with everyone i’ve been to here.

Crystal knows eyebrows! Very few people really know how to shape eyebrows well. On top of a great personality and excellent service, my eyebrows havent looked this good in a while.

The staff here is so friendly and kind. I always see either Jenny or Jen and I just cant say enough nice things about both of them. They make you feel comfortable, they do a quick, thorough job, theyre fun to chat with. Also, EWC uses the best wax of any kind of waxing place I have been to. It only sticks to hair and not your skin so it doesnt hurt as much, and it picks up more hair than paper strips so you dont get left with awkward patches. For those of you ladies who are still shaving, EWC will change your life!

I came into this EWC as a first time waxer and I am not an easy client...I was EXTREMELY nervous. My esthetician was Carlie and she is seriously the best. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Worst!!! Never go there for eyebrows!!!

Its getting to be annoying because they keep over booking me. They usually give my specialist 15 minutes but it usually takes 30 minutes to do everything. We usually find her rushing to get me done. Also, today we couldn’t get me in because they over booked and I got there 3 minutes late. This issue needs to be fixed.

The European Wax Center in Waltham is my favorite location due to JENN O.! Not only does she make me feel comfortable at every visit, she is one of the kindest people I have ever met. She makes time for you, she listens to you and always asks about the follow up from prior appointments. I have a EWC right near my job that I can go to, but Id rather drive 40 minutes away just to see Jenn in Waltham! Kudos to EWC! Thank you Jenn for being incredible!!

I have been seeing Tricia at EWC in Waltham for years. Even after I moved to Boston, I still drive back to Waltham to have Tricia do my waxing. The appointments are quick, efficient, and painless. I really appreciate leaving EWC after my appointment and my face isnt wicked red. Tricia is the best!

Okay, I went to the center in Waltham today. I got a lip waxing and an eyebrow waxing. It removed the hair very well but my experience after and during the process wasnt good so now Ill probably never go here again. During my waxing the lady I was with kept making weird comments like wow your roots are thick which made me uncomfortable. In the middle of my waxing she proceeded to ask me if I use any acne medication which I do. She told me that I cant go into the sun all today (nice to know in the middle while shes doing this). It was really red after I got done, which I exspected but now I have chuncks of skin missing all over my face! It got peeled off, and now its going to scab. Im not happy at all!
