Every time I go to this place, I have a great time. Everybody is friendly, coaches are amazing, and helpful.The only reason Im dont go more often is distance, otherwise is great. 100% recommended!!
I started doing Crossfit 4 months ago with Crossfit Newton. Gil and the rest of the coaches made what was an intimidating decision a rewarding, awesome experience. They take the time to make sure all skill levels are able to participate safely. I would recommend Crossfit Newton to all thinking of starting up and would still be there if I didnt recently move.

This is the best gym you could ask for!! Been doing crossfit for 2 years now... Gill, the owner, is both knowledgeable and understanding of your personal goals!! So many crossfit gyms forget or ignore form or individual needs (which leads to injuries). Gill and the other coaches are how it should be done!!
Stopped by here because they offer a free drop-in. Im a moderately experienced crossfitter and have been to a few different gyms. Equipment was good, staff was friendly and it was not too crowded for a Saturday morning. KID FRIENDLY they have a playroom for a kid and there was a baby in a stroller in the gym. When the baby got fussy, the crossfit instructor held the baby so momma could finish her WOD!!! I recommended anyone of any fitness level to check this gym out.
I came to CFN after having met Gil and Jodie over a year ago. As a chiropractor I am always concerned about spinal balance, strength, and stability. To achieve this, I teach my patients that it takes more than chiropractic care; it takes complex movement on a daily basis and investing yourself in a great functional training program to realize your health potential. I was blessed to have found CFN at that time because I have found that Gil and Jodie provide the atmosphere, resources, and programming to get this done. I am continuously blown away by the thought and detail that Gil puts into the programming to get the most out of his members and to ensure real compounding results. When you couple this with the strong attention to technique and the supportive and friendly atmosphere of CFN members, anyone will be reassured that they have found a place to grow in strength and community!On a personal level, I have the found that my strength, speed, and endurance are tested and increase on a weekly basis, which is important to keep me adjusting patients all day long and allows me to maintain a high level of fitness and meet my own health expectations. My wife, Lea, trains with me here and after only a couple of months I began to see drastic changes in her strength and coordination. Now pregnant with our first, Lea continues to train with the other pregnant and post-partum women at CFN on a modified program that Gil designs to keep her and the others in top shape for the physically and emotionally intense period of life and motherhood. Lea, and baby, absolutely love their workouts and she has found a new group of women (she calls it CrossFit Mom’s Club) just as committed to their and their baby’s natural health!Professionally, I highly recommend CFN to my patients, because the functional movement and strength programming that is found here is like no where else I’ve seen and is one of the key elements missing from realizing a new higher level of health and fitness.People ask me my thoughts about the intensity of CrossFit training all the time. I tell them, that when it is done safely and with sound attention to technique and detail, there is virtually no other training method that comes close to the strength and stability benefits that CrossFit provides.
