My first time in the store I was helped out very professionally by a team member (I forget her name). She included various free samples of supplements relative to my fitness and nutrition goals and was very informed. The store is visually appealing and is easy to find what you are looking for unlike other supplement stores around. Recommend to anyone looking for helpful advice on nutrition.

Came today for a body composition test. The whole experience was great. Michael walked us through all the steps, explained the report line by line and gave a lot of helpful advise. It is so nice to meet people who are passionate about what they do and willing to share their knowledge. Thank you, Michael, you are awesome! 😎

Simply the best supplement store I have ever been to. Mike, one of the owners of the store took the time to go through my diet on the week to week basis and gave me his exact recommendation on what I could do to continue slimming down. Furthermore, after taking my body fat test, he was flattered to see the results and didn’t charge me a cent because he actually cares. This is not a GNC where they try to get you to buy something. Whatever is best for you, they will recommend with good intentions even if that doesn’t require giving them business. This IS the spot.

Highly recommend. This place is amazing!When I walked in it looked like they literally just opened this facility - looks new, fresh, wonderful colors, spotless, smells great! I could not help but notice when doing push-ups just how clean the floors were, not one dust bunny. Equipment is state of the art, very comfortable and welcoming setup. Great retail space so you can buy a post workout snack.More importantly the staff is very friendly, laid back and yet very professional and knowledgeable.Workout was very hard but I pushed myself - they do give adjustments and freedom to modify, so you can work at your individual ability.

Just found this hidden gem in waltham. Friendly staff, very knowgeable, and most importantly no pressure sales. I was on my lunch break looking for a new pre workout, I couldnt stay long. You better bet next time I will stay longer to see what there all about the place looks awesome. I just recently lost 100lbs and want to continue my goals and training and I think I just found the place for that added support. My wife joined and loves their comprehensive program of exercise and meal program. They offer a long term solution to a healthy lifestyle. I would highly recommend them.
