I rarely give 1 star reviews but in this case, I would give them NEGATIVE stars if possible. HORRIBLE service! AVOID them if at all possible. Youre better off packaging, boxing, and flying the cargo plane yourself to ship your item than to go to these guys. I had ordered an on-line (PDF) document print on Sunday with a promise the document would be available on Monday at 2PM. I show up on Tuesday (noon) with my confirmation details in-hand only to be told, You have to wait 5 or 10 minutes. I waited close to 20 minutes. Theres one guy running the entire store by himself (and doing a poor job at it). Finally, his co-worker comes back from a nice lunch break and proceeds to tell me, You see, I was the only one working yesterday and I didnt have time to print your document. If you want, I can print it now but it will take me 30 to 45 minutes. I told him that per my confirmation, my document should have been ready YESTERDAY at 2pm but he didnt care. His response, Well, if you want to be like that, then I cant help you.AVOID THIS PLACE at all costs!

I forwarded my documents to 2200 potomac center dr stop 2425 - arligton - VA 20598-2425 and the documents were delivered to CAPITOL HEIGHTS, MD US .I paid$71.53 FOR SERVICE .I NEED TO UNDERSTAND WHY IT WAS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS.MY VERY IMPORTANT DOCUMES WITH DEADLINE FOR DELIVERY.

Top Notch!!! Francelle was holding down the fort all by herself when I came in on a Tuesday around lunch time. There were no less than 4 customers in the store at any given time but that had no effect on poise, efficiency and courtesy. I was sticker shocked at the prices for ground shipping but when I weighed my options: USPS which lost my package in November and denied my claim, and FedEx on Lexington st. (2.4 rating on Google) I wen back inside and waited in line a second time to be serve by Francelle. Shes set the bar, now others have the task of keeping up with her. Bravo Madam! I salute your Customer Service Excellence. 👊👊🥳🥳🔥🔥👏👏🙏

I would stay away from this place and find another location if possible! Maybe it was just the person I had to deal with today but he was horrendous. He was angry and made everyone that he had to deal with be the cause of his problems. He was demeaning to another Asian girl who was just trying to get some printouts and crude with the other female assistant who was wrapping up her shift. Not only was he rude and obnoxious, he took such a long time to get anything done that the line created was all the way to the end of the block.

This is a useful and efficient neighborhood store. I visited the store to return packages. I recommend choosing the UPS drop off option in Amazon to save on the 2 bucks for printing the label. The notary services were great too. Please do call prior to visit especially for notary services. Overall a store and service to keep in mind. The staff is friendly, quick and value the customers. Well done!

This place is absolutely horrible. Back in December (yes 4+ months ago) they shipped my package to the wrong location and it took them 4 months to only refund me my shipping fees (not even the costs of my package which were worth 200+). After calling their customer service, I was forced to deal with the store since it’s licensed. The store owner of course was of no help; ignored all my emails, and would absolutely flat out ignore every one of my calls. I even TEXTED the owner and even then, no reply. It got to the point where I had to involve their regional manager to just get a simple reply.If you decide to ship, save yourself months of potential headaches and just drive the extra 5 minutes to the FedEx.

I went in to print a shipping label for an amazon return as I dont have a printer at home. It was quick and easy and the clerk was very friendly. I just forwarded to the email they provided, and then the printed it up. He even taped it closed and put the label on it. This is a really great neighborhood store.

The first employer women was helpful and she tried scanning the returning slip for me but the computer didnt work and then the second employer was so rude to me when I ask her to scan the returning slip and she started yelling at me telling me to go in another store I Will not be returning back to this ups anymore and they need to have their computers fix.

I didn’t want to write a bad review the first time they gave me wrong info, but now that it’s happened twice with two different people, it shows there’s definitely a lack of competence at this location.This time, during covid-19, during a time when I absolutely don’t want to leave the house since I’m high risk, I called to confirm some info about my mailing label. I read the label exactly how it appears to the person on the phone. She said they could take it. So I put my mask on and drove there and they tried to scan it and someone said they could not take it bc it was for USPS instead. Part of the label also says UPS so that is why I called ahead of time to ASK so I wouldn’t leave the house unnecessarily. When she said they could not take it, I said I just called and the person on the phone said I could use UPS and get a receipt. The lady with whom I spoke came up and said it was her on the phone and she mistakenly told me the wrong info. THIS IS WHY I READ THE LABEL TO HER EXACTLY HOW IT APPEARED. I DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE THE HOUSE DURING THE PANDEMIC, SO I CALED TO BE SURE. And I was STILL GIVEN THE WRONG INFO and/or she just did NOT listen.The folks hear need to learn to listen and learn the correct info to give their customers. The website also lists incorrect info. I wish there was a closer location but at this point I might as well drive out of my way anyway or call another location that will do it right. At least my time and risk to my health would not be wasted. Im pretty sure they will care about this review about as much as they care about their customers=not at all.

I LOVE this UPS store. Me and my father collect hockey memorabilia, which often times requires us to send items to Canada to get signed. Before I knew about this UPS store I had been going to the Post Office right down the street.A couple months ago I had to send a 20x24 matted photo to Canada for a signing. The Post Offices cheapest rate to get it to Canada was $90. I got no tracking number and it took nine days to get to Toronto.A friend had told me about his great experience at the UPS store, so when I had to mail the same photo to a different signing recently I decided to try this UPS store.I paid a total of $35 and that INCLUDED a tracking number. I went to the store on a Friday and my photo was in Toronto by that following Tuesday. The staff was INCREDIBLY helpful and polite as well. Could not have been happier with my experience. I will only go to this UPS Store now when I need to send things.

This UPS store keeps taking advantage of people who are returning items to Amazon, by charging them bogus fees for a service that should be free to the customer. They should be ashamed of themselves. If you’re trying to return something to Amazon with a code that says the return is free from a UPS store, and the charlatans at this location tell you you need to buy plastic packaging, a box, pay service fees, or any other amount, please go somewhere reputable instead and report the encounter to Amazon.

Bad experience for notary.I had visited this store for notary services and it was excellent. I went with my copies and the original and the lady certified the copies. Excellent experience.Today i went again for notary service with my copies and originals. The gentleman was adamant that i have to get copies (each costing 15 cents) in the store even though i had one set of copies with me. On asking why? the answer was each notary works differently. Well, this guy is the only notary i have seen in my lifetime functioning like this. To me this is a cheap profiteering. There cannot be different charging/functioning approach in the same store.So advice it: go only when the lady notary is in the store

Left work early to make it to this store before the notary left so that I could have them serve as an authorized representative for my I9 form only to be told that they were informed by home office to never do this (and, of course, they were unwilling to provide any justification for this except that they were told not to do it). Now, it is completely legal and notaries are specifically listed as legally able to serve in this capacity on the federal government website and there is extensive documentation on what is needed in order to do it on various notary websites, but apparently this UPS store and its franchise owners are just too lazy to do things right. There are other UPS stores in the area that are willing to actually do their job (Newton, for example) and if I had known that the Waltham UPS would be incompetent I would have actually been able to have my documents notarized when I was supposed to instead of having to leave work early a second day to try again. This was my first AND last experience with this UPS store.
