We had some networking issues post conversion to FIOS involving Sonos and our Orbi mesh set up plus a connection issue with our only tv which unbeknownst to us had need disconnected by a waterproofing contractor. My PC was the only one out of three in the house that wouldnt connect to the internet for some reason, even RCN couldnt figure it out. Robert took it to the shop and within a day and a half it was up and running again and back in my home office. This guy rocks!
