Just had all of my windows replaced and I couldnt be more happy about it! These guys are great and professional. I have a condo in the historic district of Salem, MA. My building is over 100 years old and my windows might have been just as old. I couldnt imagine the work and cost that would go into replacing these giant windows. I had all 5 of my windows replaced. Two guys came and did them all in less than 7 hours and left my condo cleaner then it was when they got there. These windows are so big you can stand in them. I paid under $3800 for all 5 windows installed. I had first called right windows. They would not even quote me because I live in a condo.

We used Three Sons to replace four windows with new Andersen 400 casement windows. They did a great job in putting in the windows and our overall experience using them was very positive and we would have no reservations about using them again. The only thing that I would criticize (mildly) is that it took a while to get the quote from them and if you really want to get a quote from them I recommend to follow up with a phone call if you need to, instead of waiting for an email-reply for too long. Once the quote was finalized, everything went really smoothly and timely, and we are very happy with the outcome.

Gave a reasonable quote within a week of first visit.Technician came to take measurements and discuss more details of installation of new Harvey windows.Before finalizing, they answered our questions on window choices such as two pane or three pane, which helped us to decide.Fixed a convenient date for installation.Removed old windows and installed 8 new Harvey windows in one day.On second day, they installed interior trim for all windows.The new windows look very good and seem to have been installed without any leaks.

We recently had Three Sons Window and Door replace all of the windows on our first floor and two on the second floor (13 windows total). Rob came out and gave us an initial estimate and was very friendly and answered all our questions. It took a long time for our windows to come in from the manufacturer, but once they did, the installation was scheduled quickly and John and his team did a fantastic job installing. They installed 13 windows in 8 hours and cleaned up after themselves. When we are ready to have the rest of our windows replaced, well definitely be using this company again!

Tremendous experience. We had a bit of trepidation because we wanted to replace 17 double hung windows in our 1835 house. If we got it wrong...!!! We did our research and decided on Harvey windows and Three Sons Window & Door. We reviewed at least 9 companies. The whole process was very satisfying. They responded immediately to our inquiries, gave us all the information we needed to make our decisions, and quickly set up a contract to get the job done. Very responsive. Then, their crew that handelt the actual installation was top notch. We have had a lot of work done to our house over the last 30 years and Three Sons was one of the best. We are very happy with three sons from the 1 step thru the end. They were quick when they sent the estimate, kept in contact while the windows were ordered and were amazing during installation. My wife tried to sweep up at the end and they politely requested she stop as they wanted to clean. As a matter of fact we are so happy we are having more work done on the house right away with three sons.

I had three sons installed my windows 1.5ys ago, still under warranty. Now I have water leak problem with the window and requested for repair service on Dec1 2020 and today, Feb 4 2021 no one has shown up. They initially said they would come on 23rd of Dec then this sales lady called and said she couldnt make it. So I said why sales person would come for water leaking problem and she said she thought it was unlocking problem after all the photos and description Igave her. So she took photos and left. And then I heard nothing. I called and emailed and texted. Nothing done. I am still waiting with towels under my window and will update here when they finally come and at least look at my place.UPDATE.Today Feb. 9th. The workers came and sealed the window. They were professional and helpful. I wish they came sooner.

Three Sons installed Certain Teed Cedar Impressions siding to our home and replaced our deck with Azek decking. It was a very large job. Every person in the company that I had contact with was responsive, honest, and professional. The job came out great! The on-site team were knowledgeable about the product and installation. There were never any issues that came up during the course of the job that were not immediately resolved. The end result was 100% satisfaction. I consider myself a rather critical consumer, so to be able to give such a glowing endorsement says a lot about the company. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I will make this post as brief as possible, as this company has wasted months of our time along with loss of pay from work. We highly recommend this company NOT be utilized by anybody. From the unprofessional staff in the office, Annette and Susan, to the incompetent installers to lastly an owner who does not care how his customers are treated. We ordered a bow window and scheduled installation. Not only did this office cancel once but cancelled the second scheduled installation date also. After showing for the third scheduled installation, the contractor introduced himself as the owner Pauls half brother. After i inspected the window for quality, the contractor felt uncomfortable installing the window. As a matter of fact, he refused to install the window. After my wife tried to reach Annette who refused to pick up the phone to speak with her, the contractor contacted the office twice. The contractor held two conversation in private with the office concerning the installation of the window. He walked down the street to speak to the office, however the office didnt have the courtesy to speak to us. I also left a message stating I wanted to speak to the owner concerning this whole situation. The contractor left our home stating that they would not install the window as they didnt feel they could install it without damaging and scratching it. These were the contractors words. Never heard of a qualified and competent contractor saying such a thing. To top it off when removing the window from our driveway, they scratched our pick up truck. Annette contacted me later that day and I told her again I wanted to speak to the owner. She said he was away for the weekend and would contact me on that Monday, September 10th. To date, I have not received a telephone call from the owner Paul. Do not hire this company. Contact a qualified company . We are shocked this company is still business.

One of the new windows cracked over a long holiday weekend and I left a message expecting to hear back the following week. Our house was built in 1976, its original windows were single pane, wood framed windows. Poorly fitted storm windows had been added. Additionally, the three front windows on the second floor are built into dormers on our gambrel style roof and the wood on the dormers was in very bad shape. We contracted with Three Sons to replace all our windows and repair the dormers. As promised, a group of six hardworking, very polite young men arrived at our house and by the end of the first day, had replaced all 23 windows. A smaller crew came back the following day to complete the external trim work and reface the dormers. We are so pleased with our entire experience with Three Sons; from the timely, detailed quote, the quality of the windows and the workmanship, the efficiency and friendliness of the workers, to the spotless condition in which they left both the interior and exterior of the house. We highly recommend Three Sons.

In January one side of the house needed the siding replaced and Three Sons Window & Door did a great job. The 2 Contractors that did the work were very good and cleaned everything up when they were done.

About a year ago, we had most of our windows replaced with new construction windows installed by Three Sons. From the initial consultation to the final walk around, the process was smooth, the crew was professional, and the worksmanship superb. Paul was especially helpful in suggesting options. It has been a year, and the new windows have been without issues. We will have Three Sons back to help us with future projects.

Outstanding. Three Sons installed all the windows I wanted, the way I wanted, exactly when and how they said they would. I wish all renovations were this easy.

They were hired to install new windows, a new front door and repair exterior wood rot on our house.As the windows were being removed from the 2nd floor, I heard a window shatter in my front yard. Two workers then had a huge screaming match with each other for 10 mins. Im far from a prude, but the language they were using was very inappropriate. I was glad my young daughter wasnt home! I approached one worker (who I thought was in charge) to make sure he knew about the argument. He told me that one of them screaming was actually the boss! The argument ended... no one apologized to me for their conduct.Most of the windows were installed on Day 1. I was told when I was given the estimate that all window treatments and blinds would be reinstalled, that did not happen. We hung all our window treatments ourselves.One Day 2 they returned and were installing basement windows. We were told we would have a casement window with a dryer vent connection for above the dryer. The correct window was not ordered, so we eliminated that window and were given a screen door instead (which was a good thing).Our front door and screen door were installed. When we checked the front door, it was apparent that when it opened all the way inside, the door was too big to fit through the inside opening leading to the dining room. I was told to talk with Paul about it because the worker didnt think that cutting the door would be appropriate. It could void the warranty and also splinter or crack when cut. So I emailed the owner about the door thinking that they could do some form of adjustment could be made.When walking around the house a couple of days later, we realized a rotted corner piece of the garage was missed when the wood rot repair was done. So when they sent a worker out to check out the front door a week or so later, I showed him the corner of the garage as well. He said he would speak with Paul.I received an email saying they were coming out on a Saturday morning, assuming they were going to adjust the door and fix the last piece of rot. The worker said he was going to plane the top of the door. I asked if he was sure it wouldnt split or crack when he did it, he said he couldnt guarantee it wouldnt. So I told him I wasnt comfortable taking that risk with the brand new door. He said they couldnt make any adjustments to make it fit. So now Im left with having to hire a contractor to adjust the inside entry area so the door will fit through it properly.I then identified the wood rot to be repaired on the garage and was told he knew nothing about it and didnt have the tools to do it. He was told to only fix the door. I told him that I showed this to the worker that had been out previously and figured he spoke to Paul about it. He said we are just hired help. Dont talk to us about anything because we dont talk to the office. I couldnt believe what I was hearing... the workers dont talk with the owner??Needless to say, I had emails back and forth with Susan and Paul regarding the last piece of rot and was told theyd be happy to come back out for an additional $250 and do the final repair. In my opinion the company did not complete the work identified in the scope of work.When I expressed my disappointment with their response, they reiterated the $250 cost for them to come back out and complete the work.I then told them Id be putting my disappointing feedback online, I received an email from Susan telling me that I should include the fact that I received a discount on my invoice... funny that she wants to tell me what to write in MY feedback. There is no discount line item on my invoice.With all that being said, overall the workers did their job well for what they did complete. As for whether I would recommend them to others, the answer is no.
