I got a paint correction, ceramic coating and carbon fiber vinyl hood wrap.1) The quality of the work is fantastic and I managed to take advantage of a back to school pricing schedule they were offering so it made the entire job reasonably priced. They went above and beyond what I even asked for in the body treatments and charged no extra just because my car needed it. 5/52) May be this is an isolated incident but I found the customer engagement/communication with the team there below par. However, they sincerely tried to make it up to me because they value their customers.a) They gave me a date that it would be ready by and I called ahead and asked on the phone if its ready for pick up. Was informed that it was ready and that since they close by 12 (Sat) I need to pick up before then. Its a 30 min drive/1.5 bus from where I live. so I went and they tell me its not ready, reflecting some internal miscommunication.b) After that they said i could come back by 3 PM same day and that the car would parked outside and I could just drive off without any worries. Came on Sunday morning first thing with plans to take a day trip out of town with the car. No car. No one I could call. I confirmed with the owner before I left on this.After talking it through, the owner made it up to me with a credit.

I paid $600 to have a dashcam and battery installed in my new car. I expected the quality of installation to match the price. I was mistaken.Eastside motoring crimped connections instead of shrink-wrapping them. Power and ground were taken directly from the battery terminal instead of the power distribution box. Wires are not hidden. Trim was not put correctly back into place.This is an unacceptable installation for $300, let alone $600.

During pickup I discovered issues you wouldn’t expect from a shop of this caliber: Body damage/ scratched paint, uneven bumper, handprints on interior / exterior. ESM agreed to resolve these matters and since disappeared.

-Brian Hung is knowledgeable with great customer service-When I was at the shop the first time with the intentions to speak to the person I scheduled my appointment with, a fellow customer recommended me to speak with Brian in regards to anything with automotive. So I did. From the get-go, Brian explained to me everything what I needed to know about my car specifically. He just kept feeding me with knowledge and was never a moment that he was pushy. So ultimately, I decided to go with Renntech. You get what you pay for.Dropped off the car on Wednesday and picked it Friday before they closed. I was all smiles driving back home. On Saturday, the day of my sons second basketball tourney, the car gave me some issues when I stepped on it but nothing major. I called the shop right away when I got home but they already closed. I emailed Brian. An hour later, I headed to the gym and same issue arose. Emailed Brian again. Moments later while I was training, not only I got an email from Brian, but he tried calling me twice. Yes TWICE! Keep in mind, the shop was already close and it was the weekend. However, he chose to call me and asked me what the issue was. That alone has earned my business and it showed that he cared. Thats a huge plus in my book.I dropped the car off first thing Monday morning (8:30am) but there was maybe a miscommunication with him and his right-hand man to get the key from me as I was waiting an hour in the lobby. I was a little irked but it was all good. Brian checked the car and it was the new plugs that caused the misfiring, which I wasnt really surprised. Hours later, the misfiring was fixed and he also took the car for a spin to make sure it was on point this time. It was lot better and smoother as I was driving home.Im glad I met Brian. I will be bringing my car to him going forward, ie: accessories, service, etc. Next, more Renntech goodies and some black shoes with 305 being the rear.

Brought my car in to have it bagged and tuned. Car performs great after the new upgrades. The whole process was quick and painless. Needless to say Eastside Motoring is the way to go for performance and cosmetic mods.

The attention is really good and the prices are not extremely high compared to other places. I only went for an ECU update so nothing really complicated. They had questions on the SW version and they took some time to talk to the supplier and double check with them to install the right version. They are super busy so make an appointment!

So today, Wednesday, 10.21.2020, I came here to Eastside Motors to have window tints installed on my Yukon. The sales representatives, including Mike, are very PROFESSIONAL in their duties and knowledge. The work they do here is professionally well done, and my tints are perfect! I will definitely recommend Eastside Motors to would-be customers. But just to let you know, people: these guys are very busy here, but not too busy not to serve you. So I Say, Come On Down Here!!! I would like to add, I know last week when I initially called, I didnt realize how busy these guys were, so I got frustrated that they didnt respond back to me at that time. But since coming here in person, and seeing how busy they really are here, I had to delete my original negative review and give Eastside Motors a 5 Star Rating for Professionalism, courtesy, services rendered, and Customer Service SATISFACTION!!!

Left here so angry! CUSTOMER SERVICE is HORRIBLE!!! This is NOT the first time either, BUT TODAY WAS THE LAST STRAW FOR ME! There is more but Ill keep it short....I went to pick up some rims, I paid and was told where to park so they can help me put them in the car. I open the trunk and wait. After waiting (its freezing outside), I go back in where no one says a thing to me while Im just standing waiting... I see two guys messing around behind the counter and ask if they can help me. I ask the guy how long will it take for the wheels to come out... he says well the guy is on the phone who helped you I said okay well just trying to figure out much longer.. He answers by saying I said hes on the phone.. I asked to speak to the manager(who was busy). I go back outside they put the wheels outside the gate and just leave them as if I was supposed to put them in the car myself. Absolutely worst service! I will not return nor recommend anyone to them again.

Weeks back had tha boys at Eastside Motoring do a few lighting projects was very impressed so back again to have my full Belltech suspension installed.

Called a few days prior and they were able to schedule me in later that week. The snowstorm hit on the scheduled day, so we pushed it back a day.Install went great, car in tip top shape. Took them about 2 hours in labor for the spark plugs, but it doesn’t surprise me considering the difficulty of the 5th and 6th cylinder on my car, generally it requires you to remove a lot of existing pieces on the frame, which is why I didn’t bother.Tires were mounted great, smooth as ever with no issues.Invoice was simple. 2 hours for the new spark plugs gapped to my specification, and 1 hour for installing four new tires. Was charged a flat hourly labor rate, no extra or hidden fees. Will come again for future work.

Sean is the man! I gather he’s new there but he came through like no other! He took things into his own hands and stayed late, long after everyone, to get everything in order for my HPDE event at Palmer. I wouldn’t be there without him. Thanks a million brother!

Great service everyone there is knowledgeable very friendly

I had high hopes for this place when u drive there and saw nice rides parked outside. I have given them a few chances to see if they improve, but they have improve nothing. They were suppose to wrap a small car (2 door coupe) and took them 3 weeks, when they originally said 5 days. Then there were some imperfections and some bubbles in the roof, they fixed it but it came back again. They said something along the lines that it was a tough spot for the wrap to adhere, but Im hundred percent sure if I was a ferrari owner they wouldnt said that. I had the wrap remove under a year and got quoted different prices each time. They said two days to remove wrap and it took more than a week. Something about someone not coming to work, okay I guess they cant find a different person. Basically dont bring your daily ride unless you have a second car available for sure. And my overall conclusion is that unless you are overhauling your car here, you get that feeling that you dont matter as much. They have a nice reception area with coffee and drinks for their customers, which I thought it was nice. Their website is down or under construction and is hard to understand their pricing for anything or their services. I guess they do everything because I saw signs about oil changes. I guess they fix rims too since I saw some nice rims here and asked if they could fix mine. You get the point.

Bought BD-11 20s with them and also did an ECU stage 1, Vick and Lorenzo helped out at that time. Called in today, 4-5 months after, realizing I didnt have the right Lug key to remove the nice chrome lugs they put during the install. Was very nicely treated and they are sending the lug socket so I can remove the wheels if necessary. They are famous for a reason! Personal Customer Service, things done right.Take your vehicle to them!Will certainly be in for more upgrades :)

I’m trying to give this local business my money but they really have BAD customer communications. I hope management knows their employees are turning away work now and for future work

I couldn’t be happier with the way my truck came out. Everything was done right the first time. Great group of guys who really steered me in the right direction. The window tint is flawless, the ceramic coating on the paint really makes the truck shine. Just an overall great experience. Also, great coffee while you wait.

Had an exhaust put in, windows tinted, new rims, calipers painted and chrome delete. I’m not from here and I had no idea who these guys were until I found them on google. Overall a good experience, sales was friendly and helped hand hold me through the process while also making solid Recommendations (I was brand new to adding mods to my car) throughout. Sales didn’t make me feel like they were trying to push or sell me stuff I didn’t mean, they actually steered me away from a couple of bad ideas which I appreciated. Lorenzo is a good dude, they are significantly understaffed due to COVID. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone, it’s a very legitimate operation.

After doing some research, I decided to go with ESM to install a supercharger on my BMW M3.The only words I can honestly use to describe this shop is wow, from the staff, down to techs, just a big wow all around. They were the friendliest, most professional and over all knowledgeable group of guys I ever dealt with in one place at any given shop. They took me for a tour of the shop and I felt like I was in a shop in California as I was surrounded by high end supercars. During the process of my supercharger install, Josh, my adviser, kept me informed throughout the project with email and calls which was refreshing and amazing to get this type of personalized service. My install was very successful and completed in the time frame given. When I picked up the car, I was greeted by Mark, who personally took me to the shop to reveal my installed supercharger. He took the time to explain what was done, and answer any question and concerns I had. I cannot express how grateful I am to these guys for a job well done. This is one hell of a reputable shop. By far one of the best, if not the best shop in Boston….

So they used to be cheap, quality works, and quite fast on working. Now they are expensive, random work quality and last they take forever to do the work and also to reply text. When they said theyll call back means you are not important.

Had a remote starter installed in my wifes car. Everyone there is awesome, very professional and knowledgeable. Id recommend them to anyone looking for quality work!

I recently had ESM install airlift 3p, tiny my windows and do a chrome delete. Originally I was told it would take 3-4 days. I called on the third day and they told me they were just starting the vinyl work. I ended up leaving my car there for the whole week, I called on Tuesday and nothing was started on my car. They finally started working on it Thursday. Ended up getting my car on a Saturday. They had my car for 2 weeks so I thought everything would be perfect. Over the course of the next few days I got a rattle from my air strut and the lock collar was completely loose. I also found scrap vinyl in my engine bay. They also ended up scratching the face of one my wheels. During this time I only received one update from esm, all the other times I had to call. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to go here unless you have a car worth over 100k.

Love these guys, most reliable shop around Boston, can’t wait to do more work with them! Josh is great, never felt more at home in a place.

I am so glad I found these guys. Lorenzo, Dion, and the team are fantastic. Professionals from the get-go, and always a great job. My Slingshot is the talk of the town and East Side Motoring had a part in that. They always treat me like a lady and do NOT try to rip women off like a lot of other shops do. Best place for any car needs

Poor customer service! Ordered some wheels last year and my center caps to my Vossens were missing so they called and put the blame on them and let’s just say I still haven’t gotten my center cap for my brand new Vossen wheels! Also had my fenders and quarters rolled which cause my paint to chip dramatically and super noticeable so instead of at least touching up my paint with some touch up paint that matches my car they figured they would save some time and spray paint the area with the missing paint so now I’m driving a brand new car with spray paint on my quarter. Also had several Other issues that i had problems with since I spent about 5gs that week 🤦🏽‍♂️

I want to start off my review by saying I had done some research online and saw a few negative reviews about customer service, I’mNot sure what the deal was with those incidents but when I went to ESM to get my brake calipers painted and windows tinted everyone was nothing but friendly and accommodating. I showed up a little early before the shop opened but they let me in early to drop my car off. Everything was done professionally and my car was ready to go on time. I was in and out picking up my car in about 2 minutes and everyone was very helpful. I’d highly recommend going to ESM for any of your automotive needs. I’ll be going back in the future.

Highly recommended - I brought my range rover here to get a blackout package, window tint and these guys did a fantastic job. I have been to manyshops in and around the Boston area and I felt very comfortable with my car here. Very professional staff and a clean workshop. I would recommend this to anybody who is particular with who touches their cars.

Brought my 2013 Jeep Wrangler in for some new tires and wheels. The guys at Eastside Motoring are great and work with you every step of the way. I couldnt find any other shop that could beat their pricing on the tires and the level of customer service they provide is top notch. Communication was great and I worked most of it out over email which is a huge plus for me.Im a bit overprotective of my Jeep and prefer to do most of the upgrades and repairs myself but after this initial work with Eastside I wouldnt hesitate to have them work on any of my vehicles.

Hilarious experience. Wouldn’t recommend this shop to a single person. Unless of course, you have a high end Italian car and want Forgiatos/Vossens/Air Ride installed, or want your trim blacked out. That seems to be where their attention is primarily focused. I was concerned about a floating feeling in my suspension. I had to call the shop three separate times to get an update on my car. I believe I spoke to the owner one of those times, and was told “your advisor will call you back in 10 minutes!” Waited three hours. Called back again, and had to reiterate that I wanted an alignment done, and a quote on an additional service (already discussed via phone when scheduling with the owner, and again when dropping off with a different employee). When I finally got an update, I was told my suspension was fine (of course it is, right?), my diff fluid had been checked (why on Earth was this done?), and was given a laughable quote for the additional service I requested. Then when I asked if the alignment was done (already authorized when dropping the car off), I was told the alignment rack was/will be tied up for the rest of the day, and it would be scheduled to get on the rack the next morning at 9AM. So...why did I schedule an appointment for said services on that Wednesday, if nothing was going to happen until Thursday? I waited until about 10AM after my newly scheduled alignment appointment, and had not heard from my advisor. I called the shop, spoke to the incredibly rude receptionist, and was blind transferred to the advisor. He quickly told me my car was ready for pickup, and only went over the invoice with me after I asked what had been done. Sorry, boys; $50 discounts don’t make this right. Customer Service Game: Zero.

I contacted Mark at Eastside motors to have my my vehicle custom tuned. Mark went above and beyond for me with no gain to himself or extra charge to me . A true gentleman that i would highly recommend.

I also have used Eastside many times before including an HID installation several years ago. Not sure who the Luis Perez is above but my installation went smoothly without any issues. Since then i have had to change the ballast but that has been it. I rate the service 5 star and have recommended many friends who have had similar experiences.

While I waited for my car I listened to Lorenzo deal with customers and this guy should write a book. He really understands his customers and knows what customer service is all about. I found Eastside Motoring a few years ago when I needed fenders rolled on my 01 740. Since then Lorenzo has installed suspension, lights, stereo systems, pulled and rolled quarters/fenders, and done all of my wheel balancing and alignments on all of my cars. The quality of work and customer service you receive from everyone at Eastside is far superior to anyone else I have dealt with in my ten years of driving modified cars. The new facility and waiting area are very nice and you can always find some crazy cars kicking around the shop to stare at while your car gets work done.

Ive had a few vehicles worked on at ESM over the years, most recently a winter tire/wheel setup. Par for the course, Lorenzo and crew were once again professional, delivered exactly what they promised, and had me in and out quickly. That alone would have been enough, but they also came in at a better price than the online competition... whats not to like?!

The people there did a bang up job on my B8.5 S4 exhaust. Had a AWE Touring Exhaust put on, they got it done quickly and done right. Will go back there for any mods I cant/dont want to do myself. They know what theyre doing there.
