Doctor Ram did such a good job filling my cavities. My tooth was black and after he finished filling my tooth it was white again. Thank you Doctor Ram!! Amazing job!!

Ive been a patient at Unident Dental for several years. Dr. Bailen is great! Super friendly and very professional. The hygienist is awesome - forgive me for not knowing her name - but she always makes you feel so comfortable and is very thorough with the cleaning and answering any questions.

I just received my first dental cleaning, since we all started this journey through the covid crisis! Beth my dental hygienist, is the best at what she does. Beth is not only a highly skilled professional hygienist, she is a kind, respectful, thoughtful human being!!! The office is clean, the covid protocol is exceptional !! I felt safe, and secure. I feel God guides us to the right people in life. I am so glad he guided me to Beth at Unident Dental Center in Walpole Ma.

Me and my family have been visiting this office for several years and Dr and staff are great. My daughter is almost done with her braces and me and my husband always go for our cleaning. I won’t change a thing...

From someone who has been kicked out of the dentist chair and who has passed out for approximately 10 sec during dental work. Dr. Bailen from Unident Dental Center in Walpole is amazing! From our first visit when I began to uncontrollablely shake while he put the chair down he has been amazingly understanding, patient, and than his actual dental work is amazing. I am and have had work done by him on my front teeth, he reconstructed a portion of the two teeth and blended it so well you can not even tell. I will say I strongly dislike the dentist, but I love my dentist.

The staff are great here! Funny, down to earth, and they worked with my request I had to leave early. They even removed my permanent retainer, and within 45 minutes of walking in I left. They definitely gained a new customer!! Best dentist Ive ever been too! Thank you!

For convenience I switched dentist to unident while walking through the mall I just stopped to make an appointment and give them a chance. Women at the desk were pleasant but part of the scam you cant tell me they dont know whats going on. First visit was fine just a cleaning but said I have to come back for a small filling. Week later Im there getting my small filling that was bigger than he thought originally he says so he keeps drilling as the female assistant is elbowing and dropping things on my head in the chair. Come to find out the cement they used for the filling wasnt covered fully by my insurance which seemed odd because all my other fillings were covered with my old dentist? 4 weeks later my tooth is still hurting so I go back and they do the xrays to check for infection and dentist says the filling looks beautiful and refers me to another dentist for a root canal because they dont do root canals. Then he says for the pain hell write a prescription for painkillers and to take advil and Tylenol besides that and to be careful because too much is bad for the stomach.... Needless to say Im going back to my old dentist and would never recommend this place to anyone for anything not even a cleaning. They just want your money they dont care what happens with your teeth when theyre done. Obviously these dentist didnt pay attention is school. Terrible experience.Update 2018: went back to my old dentist and THERE WAS A HOLE IN THE FILLING THAT WHOLE TIME! so he just fixed it in two seconds by filling it completely. No root canal was needed or crown like unident said or the statement from my insurance saying unident recommends a root canal and crown for a out of pocket total of $600 or $800? Dentist told me that seemed like I big filling for what it looked like before I switched on the xray and couldnt believe i was given prescription painkillers for a filling. So beware people Unident Dental is just out to get your money, thats it doesnt matter how.Update again 7/2019: since I switched back to my old family dentist everythings been covered under the insurance unlike my one horrific visit with unident. The filling unident did fell apart into 3 pieces this time and I had to get the filling fixed. Its been not even two years since they originally did the filling and it fell out... the 3 other people leaving good reviews are mistaken its a mall dentist like my dentist said what do you expect? They take your credit card bill you as high as they can and give you drugs to make you happy.
