To notch instructors. Impact martial arts runs a fantastic program for children. My son went to another school for a couple years and we switched over to here. Best decision we made. These kids learn real skills while having fun the entire time. As far as the adult program Mr Lynch is the real deal!! His skills and ability to teach Krav Maga is LEGIT. Most importantly everyone that trains here is treated like family.

Good people, great classes that get you in shape. Watch out for that Mr. Jackson character though

Its a very good dojo overall, with excellent teachers and a great family friendly atmosphere. The adult classes taught a wide array of viable self defense techniques, both standing and ground fighting. My big complaint, based on years of self defense training, was there was too little attention to proper technique and stance development.

Incredible! The people are nice and the instructors are always happy and sweet! One of my favorite places to be!
