Alicia is very dedicated and passionate about her craft. She not only talks the talk but walks the walk. She is a stickler for form and her expertise in anatomy and kinesiology is second to none. Whether youre a beginner or been working out for years, Alicia can help. I highly recommend her!
Dropped in for a workout (Im a member at a neighboring CrossFit), and got my guts kicked out of me in the best way imaginable! It was more like three workouts in one: all strategic, manageable while effective, and hitting every muscle you own. Coach Alicia is friendly, highly skilled, and wont accept any less than your all. HIGHLY recommend!!
I absolutely love this place! The atmosphere is great. Anyone that has ever done CrossFit knows that it is a love/hate thing. During the work out you are thinking “oh my god why am I doing this?!” But Brad and Alicia are so encouraging. They really help push you to your limits during the WOD and after it’s all done you feel so amazing and realize that feeling after is exactly why your doing it! I highly recommend going to CrossFit Cut!

They provide excellent coaching, and an overall great vibe during workouts. The attendees can be competitive, but there is never any boasting, solely a congratulations. Was Visiting friends in Foxboro from Ireland and wanted to do some training. Brad and Alicia were so welcoming and allowed me to train at the box free of charge (rare for boxes). Both great coaches and athletes and would recommend joining to anyone in the locality. Definitely on my visit list if I get back stateside again
This is by far the best CrossFit gym Ive worked out at. The trainers are awesome and Ive never had so much fun working out before. The atmosphere is really encouraging with others working out, and the trainers still give personal attention to everyone. Thanks CrossFit Cut!
Approximately 2 month ago I sought a 6 Weeks Challenge posted on social media and decided to contact Crossfit Cut Walpole to get additional info and Brad responded immediately.I needed to lose weight, all my clothes were tight and I refused to get bigger sizes, so the only option was to change my habits and get back in shape.The orientation with Brad was great; he was extremely focused in explaining the whole program (exercises and meal plan).I am an early bird, I like to workout in the morning and the morning crew was very supportive, such a nice group. Brad made sure we had the special workouts so we could burn as many calories as possible and not be intimidated by any movements we were not comfortable with.They have all the tools to succeed: Great coaching, amazing facility, challenging workouts and an easy meal plan to follow. You just have to be committed.The results I got were amazing! I was able to lose 27 pounds and 5.8% body fat in 6 weeks, and I am very pleased.I would recommend Crossfit Cut, there is no better place to be if you want to start a new life style.
After being asked to try Crossfit, I thought there was no way I would be able to do it. After convincing myself to just try it, I cannot see my life without it. I am 2 months into my workouts, and each day I can see and feel the change. I am not only stronger, but I am more confident, have more energy, and am generally overall healthier. The trainers Brad and Alicia modify the intensity of the workout to help you achieve your fitness goals, and motivate you every step of the way. When I joined CFC about a year ago, I was overweight, out of shape, and very reluctant to try this new fitness phenomenon that challenges even the fittest of athletes. After my first workout, I thought I was going to die! However, thanks to the support and encouragement of Brad and Alicia, I kept coming back for more. One year later, I have lost 80 pounds and feel stronger, more confident, and better about myself than I ever have in my life at age 31. I have struggled with my weight my whole life and would attempt to try different forms of exercise to try to get myself in shape. Crossfit is the first fitness regime that I have ever stuck with. Brad and Alicia welcomed me into their ‘box’ and never made me feel bad about myself for finishing last or not being able to do everything the other members could. After a year of grueling WODs, I’m hooked and I am able to do exercises I never thought possible. Thank you, Brad and Alicia. Crossfit Cut has changed my life!
