Joel researched the computer to purchase and emailed the info so all we had to do was purchase it. Joel moved all of the information to the new computer and we didnt have any glitches. This place is truly amazing. I brought my iPhone to Apple to try and get the content out as it was damaged. They told me there was nothing they could do as the home button didnt work. I have had the phone in a draw for about a year as I had all my family photos in this phone and could not just let it go. I was told about this establishment by a friend and decided to give them a call. Spoke to the owner, Joel, who told me to bring it in and he would see what he could do. I couldnt believe it when he told me he was able to recover all my photos. Apple could not do this but Joel got it done very quickly. He is a very nice guy to deal with and he has very reasonable prices. Joel gave me back years of memories through my photos.

My Computer has friendly and knowledgeable staff. Joel fixed my daughter’s laptop, after having taken it to Best Buy, which was of absolutely no help! Not only was Joel able to fix the problem, he did so in a very timely manner. Going forward, Joel and My Computer will be the guy I recommend to all my family and friends!

Joel was able to do a same day transfer of data from my old laptop to my new one. In addition, he was able to solve a problem with my old one and update it so we have a back up if one of our machines needs to be serviced. My husband and I have both taken our computer needs to him. Brought my gaming PC here for repair and to install a sound card; Joel did an outstanding job and now everything works great. I had a friend build my PC who didnt do a proper job, all the parts werent correctly in place, my heat sink had lint caked on it, I even had to keep the case open to manually press a button on the mother board to turn on the PC! Joel fixed it so i could turn it on with the actual ON button, cleaned out my heat sink so now my PC runs cooler, locked my parts in place like my graphics card and fans, SSD so they no longer were loose which had caused my PC to shut off randomly. Very professional, didnt try to sell me on parts I didnt need after I asked what he recommended I might need to keep my PC up to date but did go over what I may need in the future like new RAM. Even took the time to go over how to install certain software updates if I were to purchase RAM so I could be able to do it myself if I wanted to in the future. Definitely recommend going here!
