This Gym is good. Nice environment. Machines are limited but Gym is not too crowded. So thats not the problem The only downside is parking. They have a parking in the plaza. But it is closed after 9:00 pm from Monday to Friday. On Saturday the parking is closed in the plaza. So have to park on streets. But if you live around the areas with walking distance then it doesnt count.

I love to swim and was so happy that they open the pool but unfortunately the pool is very dirty and it showesIt hasnt been clean for long long time. I’m scare to get sick in that pool. But all together the club is nice and staff are super nice.

A small spot but well kept and a large garage to accommodate- nice staff too; patient and helped me to figure out how to get my free pass. I would recommend if in the area!

Parking is a bit on the good side... Facility is fairly big, but they lack so much weight and needed squat racks and etc. Finding open bench, dumbbells, and other equipments are extremely hard since it is so crowded. Not to mention the locker room stinks and is so nasty...Swimming pool also seemed so dirty, I was literally disgusted and made me sick to my stomach. I looked at the water and it doesnt seem safe to get in, so I never went into their pool... Not even once.They really need to care about the cleanness of the equipments and overall of the building... Sanitation is very important.And there are so many people at the gym with no manners... They dont rack their own weights after using them. If they do (in a rare case), they just put it any where convenient for them instead of putting it back where it belongs. Dumbbells are in shortage...It is hard to get a good workout here.

Hands down the best 24-hour fitness facility in town! I prefer this location over the Super Sport down the street. I like the machines here better and the crowd is great!

Friendly stuff. Not too crowded for my taste. Standard equipments. However. the parking situation is unbearable. Youd be lucky if you can find any street-side parking (being next to Bart station and all). The nearby parking garages are a ripoff. Thinking of switching to the 24hr facility up the road

Overall, its a great place. It is clean and the equipment is well maintained. There are times when all of the squat racks and/or stairclimbers are taken.

Nice and quiet early Saturday …morning,The customer service at this location is about 3.5-4* we’re regular clients 4 times a week for the past 8 years… The one big challenge this team has is making sure that soap dispensers have soap 😊.Today and ever since they hiredGenelle, (not sure if the spelling is correct) but she makes sure when we come in to great us with a smile and that my wife has her TV set to her favorite channel … five star service all around when she is on duty.Thank you!

This is not the fault of the gym, but it’s a little cramped. It’s hard finding somewhere I can use free weights without taking up a bench even though I don’t really need the bench. Bathroom is cleaner than most 24 gyms I’ve been too.

I like that there is a Lot Of space and the pool area is at a decent size. However, it needs to be more sanitized. The pool area (pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room) needs to be cleaner as well as the bathrooms and common areas. Towels dont seem too clean and the towels get piled in the bathroom for a long time, plastic bags are lacking, showers are full of hair and dirtiness most of the time and sometimes lack of shampoo. I have been in other 24hrs sports and never this dirty - even the one in San Francisco downtown is cleaner.They really need to hire more people in the cleaning crow.Furthermore, parking is very challenging and annoying.They should have more automatic lockers.In general, this club needs work to be called a sport club!Hopefully the above works more as an opportunity for the club to improve!

The staff here didnt tell me the truth about terms and conditions of packages so they are not trustable. Once I wanted to cancel they also told me they cannot cancel my membership a couple of times, I ended up canceling in San Ramon, but because of not revealing the truth by Walnut Creek I ended up paying extra 49.99 annual membership fee that could not be waved since I canceled after the charge. Also, remember the phone call to their corp doesnt take you anywhere they make you wait in line for 45mins to tell you they are sorry they cant help you.

Overall, good equipment and premium location next to BART. However, CNN is on almost every TV and Don Lemon is on in the locker room every time I go there. Not a sports channel, but Don Lemon of CNN. Perhaps the purpose of CNN in the locker room is to make us all pissed off and angry before and after working out. Not even the black folks in there like Don Lemon. His show is so racist and biased. Its almost hate speech.

!!PAID PARKING!! 24hr only validates 20min. takes that long to change cloths. locker room is clean and i like their equipment but i go to the gym 4x a week 1.5hrs a day. parking is $4 hr. Parking would cost $80 a month screw that!

Edit: 5/23This gym was finally refreshed within the past couple weeks and now has all new equipment and layout which makes much better use of the gyms space and size. The organization is also lot better now though they did make some questionable places of equipment in the middle area.-----original review 3/5Free weights are all messed up, water leak issues in mens room from faucets and broken water fountains for several weeks now. Place is falling apart with no work being done to fix things.

Clean gym. Really nice locker room and shower facilities. Not a lot of traffic during my visit. However, machine equipment is kinda old and limited. And parking is limited to meter pay, or parking garage at a rate of $1/per 20 mins. The gym only validates for 20 mins.

This is the first gym I started working out at 12 or so years ago, it’s a little beat up, has older equipment, but everything still works, the employees are positive and the manager is super accommodating. I guess I’m biased, but hey it’s my favorite gym.

I love this one more than the concord mall one despite the no swimming pool here, has functioning machines, a synthetic grass track for trainer based classes and is a pretty busy gym on most days at and around 5 pm on weekdays, is multistory so the Yoga, Zumba only people can walk in and walk out, away from the gym equipment users if they liked.

Any 24 that only sells towels, is garbage. In one of the richest cities in the north bay, providing towels is too hard?Hardly any parking, because the intended parking garage closes at nine. This place is a joke.Sad

Walnut Creek Sport is fun to workout at because the staff is super friendly. Briana is the new manager. She has a great attitude and is very friendly.

Potentially my favorite 24 between this and the SuperSport up the street.Loves - Rarely overly busy, always people there but can easily adjust rotation to compensate. Staff of always pleasant and accommodating. Clean and adequate amounts of equipment, clean locker rooms with self set locks, vending machinesMehs - Wish they had more spin bikes, will close off turf and Trx for personal training sessions and classes, old equipment

This particular 24 Hour Fitness doesnt have a hot tub, sauna or pool, but its well equipped for a relatively small gym. Ive been told theyll validate your parking at the nearby parking structure...I wouldnt know, since I go at night.

The treadmills are all outdated and make weird creaking noises. I think its sad that they are now removing free parking on weekends and are limiting it during business hours yet they cant update the machinery. We have to pay monthly memberships for below average facilities.

Dont get why people say this is a small gym. Its not the biggest of 24, but have you been to Alamo’s?! Also not busy at all. 6pm and many machines bars and weight stations are available. Parking sucks though, try parking at the nearby target.

Not clean by any standards. People use machines and don’t wipe down. All ages. Imagine putting your hands on dirty handle bars. Nobody works Gym wipes down...

They dont have REAL classes anymore except for yoga, and when i say real i mean actual instructors, not a video on a screen.
