I had an incredible Thai massage and overall experience at Siam Massage in Walnut Creek. I did the office syndrome massage. It went much deeper than a Swedish massage and relieved a lot of muscle tension in my upper back, shoulders and neck. It calmed my nervous system and my body feels so much better after. My therapist was Sara and she was wonderful. She gives you the Amoy of pressure you prefer and works hard to relieve tenderness.Also, the clinic is beautiful. There is relaxing music playing, a waterfall and a lovely smell. It is very calming and sets the stage for a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Siam and will definitely makes this part of my self-care practice.
Really Amazing couples retreat massage that we got. Oil was rubbed in on our backs, legs, then stretched out everything, walked on our backs, heat compress. Got rid of knots and make you feel really good. Just remember to Relax! You also get tea before you leave which is amazing.
I’m not a “massage person,” but my former boss got me a gift certificate to this place (the SF location.) I called ahead of time, and the manager allowed me to use the certificate at the Walnut Creek location, which I really appreciated. The experience transported me back to Thailand (where I used to live!) as soon as I walked through the door! The smell of the oils as well as the decor was so reminiscent of my time spent there. The massage itself was very relaxing & attentive. It felt like it lasted longer than an hour! I feel like I might go back again just to pretend I’m in Thailand again haha. That’s how awesome it was!
Every time I come to Siam Orchid is a spectacular experience.The place is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully decorated, and the atmosphere is simply a delight. And though I havent been to Thailand in person yet, when I come here, I feel like I am in Thailand at a lavish spa.Management is phenomenal and always welcoming and friendly.Brownie is a gift that fell from the skies in my life. She is absolutely magnificent and profoundly caring. I always come in feeling so much pain and I always leave feeling relaxed and pain free.I have been to many massage therapists in the past and only 3 made the cut (2 are in Florida) and my Brownie here. I will see her for as long as she is practicing the art of Thai Massage.I have been coming to see Brownie all the way from San Francisco since they were allowed to open after the pandemic. I cant wait for my next visit!
Ive been going to this place regularly. The WC location is convenient - close to shops and free parking. Kat at the front desk is efficient and consistently nice. Eddy is professional and caring. Other staff members are also welcoming. Give this place a try!
Amaaaaaaaazing. Got Siam Signature massages for my hubby and me for his birthday and they did not disappoint. Beautiful decor, super welcoming staff and Thai massage that will leave you feeling like a limp noodle but still energized from the aromatherapy. This was Our first massage since the pandemic and they made it well worth the wait. We will be back.
Massage was ok for the price I paid. The masseuse had terrific customer service; however, the host was not as professional as I expected. I brought in my boyfriend for a fathers day treat and paid for everything. I told the host that both my boyfriend and I will be tipping in cash. She not only not offered me water as she had done with everyone else, she had the temerity to yell out if we wanted to tip on the card as we were walking out. Not coming here again. Im sure I could find much better Thai massage elsewhere for a much cheaper price tag.

I recently moved to the East Bay after years in San Francisco. I have received Thai massages at Siam Orchid in San Francisco many times and always received a great massage at a reasonable price. I was glad to see that there was a location in Walnut Creek and went there for the first time last week. Just like the San Francisco locations I received a very professional Thai massage and left very relaxed. I will be going back soon.
I have been experiencing a lot of shoulder/nerve pain for the last several months, causing me to go to chiropractors, orthopedic doctors, and other massage therapists. I decided to try Thai massage again and I was very happy with Sara! I explained my situation and my mobility issues with my right arm, and she worked very well around it. She did the right type of stretches and massages to help loosen up my shoulder area and I’ve been able to actually move my arm around more than I’ve been able to the past few months! She also provided stretches to do at home and suggested a reasonable number of sessions to return to help with my shoulder issues. She wasn’t trying to make money off of me, but seemed to genuinely care and wanted to help me heal, which is why I feel as though I’ll return again soon. I’d definitely recommend Sara if you’re looking for a customized massage for whatever concerns you may have.

I’ve been going to Siam Massage for about a year now. The massages are great and reasonably priced. They thoroughly sanitize the rooms before the next client uses it. They’re also very proactive about reminding you of your appointment. I highly recommend them!
Eddy was the best and the traditional Thai massage was just what I needed. I had been having neck/shoulder pain all week and felt immediate relief during my massage. The place was very clean! Definitely recommend this spot to anyone who needs a good massage. Bonus, there was a 15% discount if paying by cash. I will be returning.

This was by far the best massage I have had in the Bay Area.My wife and I recently had a baby and are therefore very cautious about covid.We were super impressed by the precautions taken to ensure safety.Masseuses were double masked and the bed had a plastic cover under the sheets so we both felt very comfortable.Aside from all that, we were both very impressed by the massage and will definitely be back.

I came in full of knots and aches and Eddy was able to identify and soothe each one.All the Covid safety precautions were in place -- entire staff is masked, your temperature is taken right when you enter, there are sanitized pencils to use, hand sanitizer available in all the rooms/front desk/outside, a questionnaire asking if youve been in any high Covid areas + if you have any symptoms, and everything is very clean.I made an appointment on the phone and they were able to see me immediately. I got the Thai Massage ($90). The room was clean, peaceful rain forest sounds were present, and Eddy used some Tiger Balm on my extra achey spots. You take off your shoes, leave your items in the basket, and they give you clothes to change into. A sheet is placed over you and use scented oil around your neck/arms/legs.Eddy was very professional, polite, and gave the perfect amount of pressure. He asked where I would like him to focus on, the pressure I would prefer, and would talk me through everything.

Ive had a Swedish and Thai massages at Sai. Both times were amazing! I felt rejuvenated afterward especially after the Thai massage. There was a misunderstanding my second time there. I had signed up for reflexology but when I got there the receptionist told me that 1 hour of reflexology was too long. She asked me if I wanted full body massage as well to which I said it was fine. Ive always had Swedish Massage but somehow the receptionist signed me up for Thai (little did I know). Long story short, the misunderstanding turned out to be a blessing. I highly recommend the Thai massage. I honestly never had one because I was intimidated by it after seeing the body manipulation and just overall how different it is! However, after accidentally having it done at Sai, Im a fan! The masseuses there are gentle and just amazing. They definitely know what theyre doing. They also ask you for your input and ask if you want them to walk on your back. I said no! Im slowly working up to it. I highly recommend this place!

So I tried an actual proper professional massage for the first time here. Good lord it hurt! I was tense anyway but they gave me quite a going-over, and I was sore. However, the next day I was far and away more limber, and I felt about two inches taller. So thats what youre signing up for. I should also point out that you can request a more vigorous or a gentler massage, so theres that. Nonetheless, quite a treat!
My wife and I just had 1.5 hour Thai massages at Sai last week while visiting the area. What a great experience! The Thai massage was new to both of us and we really enjoyed it. They can work deep without hurting you. We were both expecting to be very sore the next day and to our surprise neither one of us were very sore at all. Amazing how strong these ladies are. When we are back in the area we will definitely re-book with Sai.

I have Parkinsons, which means I live with pain and stiffness on a daily basis. I tried Sai Massage a few months ago and love the way I feel after a session. This is not the old Olympic Spa that used to be at this address. If you have never had a traditional Thai massage, you are in for a treat. I recommend a 90 minute session. You will notice the difference the extra 30 minutes makes.
I scheduled a 30-minute upper body massage. I was offered a price of $ 37.5 (25% discount from the regular price of $ 50).I showed up at the scheduled time so that the person at the reception would inform me that they were not giving a discount, trying to extort more money. I cancel the appointment and I left.This is very unprofessional and I do NOT recommend Siam Orchid Traditional Thai Massage to anyone!
