One star is overly generous. Beyond bad customer service. Abysmal. We called about an oven repair and were told a service tech would be out between 12 noon and 4 p.m. the following day. Waited all afternoon, but no one showed up and no one called. We called back at 5 p.m. and were told they could not reach the tech, thus didnt know where he was or why he didnt show up. Rescheduled for the following day between 8 a.m. and 12 noon (they only have these two time windows for service calls, which at best leaves customers waiting for up to half a day). Next day, once again, no one showed up or called. So after wasting half a day waiting for two consecutive days, we cancelled and went elsewhere. Dont waste your time with this company. They give new meaning to bad service.

I called requesting your service to see why my high-quality but old Bosch dishwasher had stopped working and if it could be fixed at a reasonable cost. Your service technicians arrived as scheduled, performed some diagnostic tests, and determined that both the main pump motor and the integrated circuit board had failed. They gave me an estimate of the parts & labor costs to repair my dishwasher, which was almost $1,000. I thanked them for this information which my wife & I needed before deciding whether we should buy a new dishwasher. We were very satisfied with your service!

Sean was great. He was on time and very friendly. He explained his process for finding the problem and the steps he would need to take to fix it. I would definitely request him again for future heater repair needs.

Had a problem with no heat in my dryer. Called Emergency Appliance Repair because of their high ratings. Jim was the name of my saver. When he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken coil. He replaced the coil for $230 including parts and labor. I will definitely call again if I need washer / dryer / dishwasher repairs!

The service I received was great. The technician, Stephen, texted to tell me he was on his way and arrived on time- in the first part of the window given to me. He gave me the option whether to pay the $ 80 service charge, and he would explain what needs to be done. Or to pay the $ 280 flat fee to get the service done. I chose the latter as I needed to get back to work and wanted to learn from watching. He explained everything thoroughly and did a great job. It was all done in about 20 min. I would ask for him again. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because when I first asked the price of the repair thru chat, they only told me $ 80. I assumed that this would be for the first hour. In reality, NO repair costs just $ 80. Although I am satisfied with the end result, I think this wasnt an entirely honest way of getting a customer.

I love this company, they came out when they said they would. Moses fixed my Thermador range quickly and kindly for a decent price.This is the second time I am using this company, hope I wont need to again, but if so, Moses is my guy!

We called The Appliance Repair Doctor to fix our A/C.  My dad had already taken a look and suspected that it was the capacitor.  When the repair person came, my dad told him his suspicions and the repair person agreed.  He quoted about $330 to fix it.  The diagnostics itself was $120 and would be waived if we did the repairs. At the thought that bringing another person out could itself cost that much with the fees unknown, we agreed to the work.  To our surprise, the work took less than ten minutes!!!  We looked up the part too and the part was only $7 but we were charged more than 10Xs for the part at $85 dollars.  Other than taxes, the rest was for labor.  All it took was unscrewing some screws, taking out the capacitor and inserting a good one.  I fail to see how it is justifiable to charge more than $200 just for ten minutes of work!  We also asked the repair person to check the Freon and were told that they dont do that.The next day, I called the company to get a quote to fix a capacitor.  I was told they do not give quotes over the phone.  I asked to speak with the customer service manager.  She told me she would look into the situation and give me a call back by the end of the day.  Never did.  I called the next day and ask for her.  I was told she was not available.  I left my number and still did not get a call back.WHAT A SCAM!!!  BEWARE, IF YOU CALL THEM YOU WILL BE OVERCHARGED!!!

I waited two days for an appointment. They confirmed for the second day, and i took half a day from work but they never came or called. When I called the office she couldnt reach the technician but promised to try again and call back in five minutes. After no response for half an hour, when i called back they transfered my call to the answering service. The positive reviews must be fake because this is a crappy company. In fact, even their name here is phony as it is really Nana Appliance Repair.

Called them from work when I was just about to head home, the technician was there waiting for me which really impressed me! the price was about $40 more than the other 2 technicians I called for the same work but for the speed and the fact it was easy to get them on the phone I didnt mind paying the difference. Not the cheapest but fast service.

Appliance Repair Crew was great! They came right when they said there were going to be at my house, they were super courteous and determined the problem in a few minutes. They ordered the part and will be back to fix it. Thanks Appliance Repair!

The repair man came on time and was friendly, thorough and competent. I fixed the problem quickly and I would definitely use this service again if needed.

They dont do their own repairs, they use contractors. I had a second rate technician show up and broke my oven worse then charged me $726 without letting me know. Use a trusted service.

The technician was very knowledge and our fix was very simple. He felt bad about charging us for the service trip but we were just glad to know what to do to keep our dishwasher running.

Miele fridge repair was fast and unlike the last time I call some appliance repair guy, this company came prepared with the right parts. Great job.

I had 3 items to be installed. A wall oven, burners & a hood. The only thing they had to do on the oven & burners was connect the wires in the junction box. The units were already in place. Charged 210 (their discounted price) each for these & then said - oh by the way, we dont guarantee our work.
