I see a lot of negative reviews for this place so let me begin by saying that every car wash slightly does a little worse during peak hours due to having some many customers at a time. I come here to use their cleaning services on weekends as soon as they open (8:00am) this way I get top of the line service and never an issue. Been their client for long time. In conclusion if you want the best service from them be like me and get there early and you’ll see the huge difference. Early bird gets the worm. I definitely recommend this place.

They provided fast and easy service. I felt comfortable with my car in their care.

I was turned off after trying Mikes a long time ago.But very recently, I went back and was pleasantly surprised at the level of service I received.I opted for the top of the line wash and it was well worth the $30.The guys did a great job inside and out the past 2 times Ive been back.

Terrible. Granted is is busy but the service was unacceptable. The $30.00 wash wasnt available because they were too busy so I got the downgrade for $23.00. The best part was the automatic wash, the inside was not cleaned, the window in the back inside not cleaned, they barely vacuumed. I have been a customer for years, noticed the last few visits that they had been going down. I kept giving it another try (convenience) but havent been satisfied in a long while. This last visit today, April 24th, around 930am was the last straw. See pics for clarification. Tried calling the owner after finally finding a phone number but no one answerd the phone. I wonder why!

Tried to get a Gold wash done today and was told to get out when I asked the attendant if I could drive my car through the wash since its a manual transmission. I asked if I could just drive through, I had done it before its not uncommon, but because of this attendant I wont be coming back here. There are plenty of car washes nearby, Ill be telling my friends to go elsewhere as well.

I paid $22 plus a tip and there is plenty in my car I still have to clean myself. I wish Google allowed photos when reviewing from an iPhone so I could show you the awful work.

I would not give this business any stars but since this is not an option that is why I am giving it a one star. 40$ for a car wash and they didn’t even bother to vacuum. I had to go across the street to auto zone to purchase my own interior product because all they did is spray the oil and didn’t even bother to wipe it off properly. My Inside floor mats were not washed instead they just attempted to wipe it with the oily interior spray! Horrible experience and I would not recommend this place to trust your car with.

I keep giving this place a chance. Paid for a full car wash today and the sign says tire shine is included and they told me at the end it isnt You pay for services there and they dont do it all. I will be looking for a new place.

Don’t waste your money. I just went there paid $20 and they barely even vacuum or wiped anything inside the car. I wanted to support small business in our town but will never go there again.

Overpriced compared to the place I usually go in Secaucus...on top of it the cleaner they use on the interior made it sticky and greasy at the same time, they asked if I wanted some scented spray when they were done and I said no...I guess they do that cause my car smelled a bit like fish after they were done.The back area of SUV was still covered in dog hair...I questioned the strength of vacuums when I saw them.I called them an hour later to ask about coming back to address the issues but no one picked up.

Really desapointed I get the $20 service today and they miss a lot of spots rims still whit dust ..even 1 tire didnt get shine

Went there today had an awful experience. This is. 0 stars business. My windshield wipers came off during the was because they turn it on beforehand while they were cleaning the inside. The worst part when we told the person in charge he had the audacity to say we left them on it’s not their vault. It is 96 degrees outside 😑 and I am suppose to have them on, he kept raising his voice and didn’t even say I am sorry or anything. DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. The negative reviews are true. I will be going somewhere else

Just had the worst experience there today. They were busy today but gave poor service. The back of my husbands car was not even washed. We also got my car washed at the same time. They didn’t dry the drovers side of car until I pointed it out. They didn’t do the tire shine until I pointed it out. Then I pulled away and realized they never wiped down the inside of my car. Very poor work. I will never go there again.

In and Out car wash, not a hand car wash but my car always comes out nice and clean here, you know how you inspect your car and some car wash dont scrub some areas and you notice that, well, not here, they are thorough in and out of the car. Make sure you get the car wash with the wax so it comes out with a nice shine!

Went for the gold package, 29$. Had to come back to get the car redone inside. Windows were spotty, dust not vacuumed off seats, floors poorly vacuumed at best, and whatever they used on the dash left oily smudges that felt like baby oil. These guys work hard but are understaffed. In the end they just try and push as many cars as possible off the lot. Not recommending this place nor will I come back

Idk why I come here. They do a really bad job. Im not sure if it is dirty rags or lack of cleaning product but go elsewhere.And they get frustrated when u tell them it needs to be done again.

Too busy

I had my car washed and they cleaned the interior. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. There was soap residue on my vehicle. I am not sure they are using enough water to remove the soap that they use. On the interior the glass was not cleaned. I did see the guy spray something on the glass but the cloth that he used must have been filthy because he ended up putting some kind of filth all over they windshield. Very disappointed and I will be looking for another car wash.

The guys at Mikes do a great job on my car all the time, no matter how busy they are. Only place I trust my car to. Otherwise Im washing it myself

Horrible job ! Paid 24 dollars didn’t clean my mats barley vacuumed the back and my car is basically the same it was when I got here. When I went back they told me there is nothing they could do MIND YOU THIS PLACE IS NOT BUSY RIGHT NOW ! waste of money ! Never again.

The rims are ALWAYS still dirty, the vehicle is NEVER completely wiped dry. The windows are sometimes worse then when I came in. Dont expect too much at Mikes.

If I could I’ll give them-5, they wash and clean always the same way regardless of the price you pay and workers are rude, asked for manager to call me, never got the phone number or call back, totally disrespectful of a customer, sh....ty service NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

They had recommended it to me, I paid $ 23 and they left the car wet, they did not pass the vacuum well to dry the glass, they use the same dirty rags, I mean, I paid for it to be dirty and not for it to be cleaned very badly and not recommended.

First time I go and I did not like the service. I paid $ 16.00 and they left my car dirty and wet. The shine on the rubbers was not enough. In West New York, New Jersey I get better service for $ 10.00
