The woman working for her made a $16,000.00 dollar mistake on my 2010 taxes. When attempting to contact Ms Parent and her worker, Sabrina Zapata, I got no response from either of them. I filed a complaint with the Board of Accountancy. I would not recommend either of them for tax preparation. A similar mistake was made on my 2008 taxes, also. These mistakes ended up costing me almost $8,000.00 in extra payments to the IRS, including fines and interest.
