They usually have everything I am looking for. We have adopted twice from here, Cathy is very knowledgeable about specific breeds of cats and can help pair you correctly with a good meower. (We have a very picky cat so we had no luck and have given up trying to pick her up a friend lol)

I was in the store the afternoon of 6/25/21 when a man verbally attacked the cat adoption lady and one of the store managers. He was raging, making threats, trying to be physically intimidating. From what I heard, it was because his teen daughter was told she couldnt adopt a cat.This man went on and on for over 30 minutes threatening these women and raging at everyone near them including another lady and her daughter who was adopting a kitten.During all of this, both the adoption lady and the manager kept their voices even and did not resort to any of the foolishness that can surface in such encounters. Both of those ladies really kept their cool. It required police intervention to get the man to stop and leave the store. I have no idea why he wasnt arrested!Those ladies should be rewarded for how they handled a very scary situation. That man should be sitting in a jail cell thinking about what a jerk he was.

I asked for assistants on puppy food and they showed me were the best good was! Very helpful!

Cute little PetSmart business. I really enjoy looking at all the little animals there. Bonus points to this little business because some times a pet store can smell horrible but thankfully this one smells better and cleaner. I always enjoy the little turtles and the arrangement of the different fishes. More likely you’ll find your next pet here!

Never take good care of their fish they almost always are sick or in quarantine everytime we go theres dead or almost dead fish. The Oranda goldfish they sell arent actually orandas theyre a mix and theres no way they arent because we bought one a while ago and shes grown quite large but she doesnt have the same build or wen like an Oranda. We have an actual Oranda and she looks nothing like him. She doesnt look like a female Oranda either. City zoo is a much better place to buy fish. Some of the employees are really rude too like because they work at a pet store theyre instantly more knowledgeable.🤣

High score for being in stock on my cats preferred foods. Low score on Curbside pickup. Even though I use their app to notify that I am present for a pickup. Then after 10 minutes, I have to call and wait another 5 minutes before they bring my order out. Love the store but they need to staff the front end with a flex person for curbsides. Or the managers/supervisors need to get involved!!!

Have new puppy and I found nearly everything I needed, especially food. What I couldnt find, the staff patiently listened to me and said others have inqired about the same products. They would pass information to their manager.

I like this chain store s lot better than the other chain store in town. The other one is hit or miss whether or not they have the product my dog has eaten since Ive had her. And the product is not an off the wall brand or something like that, its a major, well known brand and regular flavor.

More pricey than the same brand/items you can get online. But in a pinch they have almost everything you need for your pet of your willing to pay more because you forgot to order. So many types of food from cheap to expensive, from dry, can, raw, & refrigerated.The people who work here definitely care about animals definitely care about animals. Theyre also friendly & helpful.

My fiancé and I just adopted our first dog together yesterday and PetSmart helped us get amazing deals on food, toys, treats, and more. We have been there about 5 times in the past 24 hrs trying to find things we need and they are super fast and very kind and helpful. Amazing staff! Can be pricey but if you have just adopted and need help I definitely recommend PetSmart.

I wish this was out of ten because they deserve more than an 8 but theyre not quite a 10. Never less than satisfactory but often they exceed my expectations with stellar advise and assistance.

The staff are very helpful. This store has just about everything you need for your pets. They also do grooming.

We got a goldfish not even a month ago, and then we got an plecostomus to help control the algae in the tank. Yes we cleaned the tank regularly so we didnt really need one but we wanted one. A couple days after we got the new fish our goldfish got sick, both of us have had fish before neither of us has had problems with introducing fish. Our goldfish got Ich which is a type of parasite thats introduced by other fish in contaminated water. We got a medication for our goldfish and separated them. He died. Apparently youre supposed to wait 2 to 3 weeks to introduce new fish but no one even mention it I get that maybe we should have asked but like I said weve both had fish before and this has never happened to either of us.

The people here are as animal oriented as I am. The seem to have everything I could need for my precious babies.

This particular store is very well kept, all of the associates are really helpful. All of the animals look happy and healthy. The fish department team is particularly knowledgeable and friendly. I love popping in to pick up a toy or treat for my pets.
