It has gotten to where they do not answer their phones, emails or anything else.Not only that, their Chat, Facebook and Twitter links apparently do not work or are not present.Between them and CenturyLink it is enough to make me go crawling back to Comcast.

My mom lives out in the middle of no where and the only company that can provide service there is BMI. They have been very fair to us and fixed any issues we have had, even when ma couldnt load her MSM account cause she was trying to load the wrong URL at 2am the BMI 24 hour support helped her out.Its hard to provide the support of a large company in places where profit wont be as applicable. BMI is a mom and pop shop who can at least provide internet in remote locations. I would suggest calling the support line if your having any issues as theyve been really helpful to my folks.

Highly unethical company. They will hit your credit for fees they do not bill you for, do not notify you of or send you anything or give you a chance to dispute it or work it out. I was informed that this is standard operating procedure if you cancel with them by their employee today. Got my credit dinged for fees from 2009 IN 2014! without ANYTHING being tried to contact me.Dont use these guys!

Their business looks empty like its a fake front and no one has ever been there during normal business hours when we have come by to try and track someone down. I have no idea how they are still in business but if you are considering working with them RUN NOW or dont say you werent warned.

Would not do business with this underhanded, unethical company - even their advertising is disgusting claiming to protect you from racist spam. Last time I heard the term racist it was spewing from a self righteous liberals sewer hole.

Website they host is constantly down, never get a permanent fix. Will be looking for someone new to work with.
