Unfortunately, I have utilized Five Stars services numerous times, but fortunately they are an outstanding company. They are professional, timely, and provide quality work. The employees are friendly and hardworking, and communicate with the customer at all times, so the homeowners know where in the process they are. They get the job done quickly, without ever cutting corners. The best part is they take on the responsibility of dealing with the insurance company so you know you are getting as much coverage as possible. This company definitely goes to bat for the customer. I hope I never have to use them again, but when my house as ANOTHER flood, I have them on speed dial.

I was out of town when water damage was found in my home. I called 5 star and they came out right away to help. They cleaned the water damage up in no time. Unfortunately the whole process of fixing the damage was another story...but they were amazing helping me along the way working with my insurance company and getting me what I needed to put my house back. Loved everyone I worked with there! Great people!!!

These guys made my crawlspace look new again. Flooding had made all my insulation fall and my vapor barrier a mess, I was considering doing the cleanup myself, but Five Star did in a morning what would have taken me weeks, well worth it.

Five Star took care of us during one of our worst homeowner experiences. A vehicle drove into our kitchen late one Friday night. The Five Star crew arrived in about half an hour, and they cleaned up the mess and secured our home in about 2.5 hours. It was truly amazing, and I am so thankful for their professionalism, their speed, and their thoroughness.

REMARKABLE SERVICE. As good as Ive had in any industry, from any service person, ever. Long story short, I was first working with another restoration/cleaning service when I realized that they were doing something wholly unethical. So then I called and spoke to owner Vince at Five Star. An example of a class act move: because its a small town- and in the same industry-Vince of course knew the other person I was speaking of. He didnt say anything negative about the man or the business; he focused on how sorry he was that Id been through that, the egregious nature of what had happened, but without getting into personal comment or observations about his own past impressions. That was just the beginning though. He proceeded to provide what can best be described as white glove service. You would have thought this was either a hugely profitable job or that I am a celebrity of some kind because he was so gracious, so consistent in his communication throughout, as well as going the extra mile to ensure I received the most value for his services. And to top it off, the actual job came out to be significantly less than he initially thought. And, the insurance adjuster Im working with has worked with Five Star and made a point of saying that Vince is a person of integrity and that he had no worries on my behalf about Five Star doing the right thing and a great job.

Five Star has gone over and above the call of duty to restore my property to better than original condition. A great company to work with! They just helped us with an minor office flood and were prompt, had excellent follow-up, were careful workers and kept us well informed throughout the process. The owners (Cannones) really understand what comprises good service, and how to deliver it. We highly recommend them.

Five Star came to our place for assessment of water damage and mold. They were prompt, informative and honest. Turns out that the damage was not severe enough to require their services. They left me with recommendations of what needed to be done along with understanding of mold properties. This company knows what customer service means.

I cant even begin to put into words how appreciative I am for everything that Anthony & Vince have done for us after our kitchen and LR experienced water damage. They were RIGHT there after the occurance, proceeded immediately to mitigation thus stopping further damage. Vince is incredible to work with, he communicates everything, walks you thru the whole process step by step. We used them for our general contractor as well to handle all the repairs. I have never experienced such WONDERFUL customer service!!! This company has your back and I was so confident thru the whole process that we were being taken care of and I never questioned anything they handled on our behalf or had to worry. I would rate higher if I could because they ARE that good.
