Not a good week for O’s. New management is trying hard to retain customers but labor is unintentionally bad. First, paid for but did not receive the Ultimate Wash. Not only did the attendants overcharge me, they took my vehicle off the line and serviced several other customers before me. I suppose I could have saved my place in line if I’d known that “advanced tipping” was customary. Nevertheless, my car was waiting on the street with another patrons key fob on my console. Apparently the owner of the misplaced fob had to Uber home. My fob was MIA. Fortunately, I discovered the overcharge after the mad search for fobs. I was pleased that the error was corrected immediately but two hours had elapsed before my service was complete and I could leave. Wow! Can you say, “DIY.”

Service here was excellent. I brought in a muddy truck that was dusty and had a little bit of dog hair on the inside, and it was spotless when I left. They covered every surface, and I was super pleased with the result. Worth every dollar for the Works package because they really go above and beyond that.

Talk about attention to detail! These guys do an excellent job with a VERY thorough wash of your vehicle. It’s definitely worth paying a little more for the quality vs a basic drive through wash.

This is a decent place to vacuum your car out or power wash the dirt away but not a full service car wash. The timer on the vacuum seemed shorter than normal.

We have had real good experience with car cleaning and detailing, maybe 4-5 times over past couple of years. The last time we had a car detailed it was not as good as usual. Had windows wiped down, inside, today and they were very friendly and didnt charge anything.

Service was great and they got me in without an appointment. Even stayed late to make sure it got done same day and the owner was working on it himself!Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is I dont like negotiating prices and it was a bit frustrating to have the price for my interrior-only detailing (listed as starting from $215) to go from 250 with the greeter to 275 with the detailer.Every other aspect of the experience was fantastic!

O’s Hand Car Wash provides exceptional service and quality. I had my truck washed (inside and outside wash, $37). I was impressed from the get-go with my experience at this business. I arrived about 10 minutes before the business opened but was greeted nonetheless by a person who turned out to be Chris, the operations manager. I told him I was in no hurry and could wait until they were open. A few minutes before opening Chris approached my truck and told me they were ready if I’d like them to get started with my wash, which I did. When my truck came out the other end and was ready to go, it was immaculate! I have a technical and management background and would like to address the operations manager’s oversight. In a word: STERLING. He was actively engaged in every part of the operation. He was obviously willing to help with any involved in the operation. Point is, he didn’t rest for even a moment in the hour or so that I was there. He treated customers and employees alike respectfully. He introduced himself to me, remembered my name and addressed me by name. I observed that he addressed other customers by their names as well. This clearly demonstrates that customer care and relationships are important to him – not just overseeing employee operations. He’s a full-spectrum manage manager, and O’s Hand Car Wash hit the lottery to have him on their team. I recommend the car wash. Side note: I mentioned at the RV park I’m staying at that I had gotten my truck washed and was extremely satisfied. They immediately said it was O’s Hand Car Wash. That’s a strong testimony in and of itself! Give them a try.

For starters, its very easy to find. As soon as I pulled in there was a friendly, knowledgeable staff member right there to take care of me. They did a very thorough job! Thanks for a job well done!

If is not clean after their excellent workmanship your vehicle will be REWASHED, EXAMINED, DRIED AND AIR FRESHENERS SUPPLIED. Os Hand car wash will wash, clean, vacuum, SHINE and hand dry your vehicle for a price that is less than expected to pay. The Workers do their job responsibly. I do recommend Id Hand Car Wash to any person in the Walla Walla, Washington area.

Reasonable price. Paid attention to details. Friendly. Takes a while because of service level but everyone appears to be hustling.

I went there for the first time a few days ago. They did a great job, way better than I could have done myself. They were very affordable and I was in and out of there within 25 minutes.

There are many dimensions to quality. Os does a great job of actually washing my car. However, I dont plan on returning after three painful visits. In fact, I bought their club card the first visit (my only good visit) and didnt use it again. Wasted money. Heres why.It takes 40-60 minutes to get my car washed and I dont have that kind of time. This is for the cheapest and quickest service. If you dont have a traditional day job, Os will serve you well. If you need to get your car washed during your lunch break or after work, you will be out of luck.Also, I left a voicemail requesting a call back with prices for a car wax and detailing for which I would drop off my car. As always, I said my name and phone number twice, very clearly. I never received a call back. Thats rude, period.I have found Los Primos on Isaacs to be a VERY close to Os for quality but it always provides fast and friendly service. So much so, I would forgo my $2/wash Os Club discount until it expired.If time isnt an issue, Os is a great option. If time is an issue, or if you need to schedule services via phone, look elsewhere.

Bad experience overall! First of all, the Windows were still dirty after the wash, and this wasnt hard water or anything, but just dust, obviously they wiped up and down instead of in circles.ALSO, The driver window got scratched very badly in the wash and they didnt take the responsibility for it.Before the wash they took out the bags from the back to vacuum it, and didnt put them back, so it was my surprise as I came home that day, that the bags were still at the wash, so it was my pleasure to drive there and back for 30 minutes, all while so infuriated about the windows scratches, when I told them about the bags, they said: oh, the bags werent in there?
