We have had great experiences with Young’s heating and cooling. Our very old system has needed repairs to keep it going and Young’s has kept it going even though it needed to be replaced. The last time it had issues was the day before my father’s funeral. Wayne came promptly and was able to get the air conditioner working and we were able to keep our home cool for family and friends. We decided it was time to put in a new system. Caleb came out and explained the different available systems, answered our many questions, and we picked the evolution system which is very quiet and efficient. It was installed by Cadman and Brian. They did a great job! Wayne came back out today to show us how to use the system and the computerized thermostat. Wayne is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We have been very happy with all the employees, including office staff, who have helped us with our heating and cooling the last few years!

Young’s is the best around! Brian Rosenkranz deserves a great shout out for being a dedicated and hard worker! He always rises to any challenge that arises. He was amazing during the service I called for and I would highly recommend him to anyone I see! Definitely will be requesting his services time and time again!

We called Keith about getting someone up to Tollgate to fix a problem on our propane heating stove. We needed it fixed THAT DAY in order to get the house ready for guests the next day. He called a Tech who was in MF and got him up to the house within a few hours! Such quick and responsive service was so wonderful and much appreciated! It is never that easy to get Techs up to Tollgate!

Youngs group did a great job of removing our old system and installing a new Bryant system. They got it all done in one day. The install looks clean and the new air filter is much better than our old system had. We like the new thermostat, it allows us to go online and see if the kids have been playing with it. The two guys that came out were very professional, they even vacuumed the areas that they had walked been working in.

I scheduled an appointment because my heater was not working(no Heat) then they called me back a day later and told me that they had to reschedule me for 4 days later because they had another family with no. Basically they said that I wasn’t an important as there other customers!!
