Placed order online. Came by to pick it up and was greeted immediately upon entering the store and items were ready! Salesperson helped pick out matching flooring for the bathroom too.
I have never had to be here for more than a few minutes. When I went into the store to ask questions, they were very helpful. When I left and came back to get the items they were attentive and immediate. When I came back again to get items for my parents house, they were consistent. And when I came back again to get repeat items because my basement flooded and I had to redo it; they were again consistent. My only gripe with them is how long it took me to get someone on the phone and even then it wasnt someone in the store; it was their pooled line.
We had a wonderful experience at Lumber Liquidators. The sales associates are phenomenal. The young man who helped us was very knowledgeable. He offered several recommendations and quickly located the merchandise that we needed. I highly recommend this location.
The manager and team at the Waldorf store was undeniably warm, extremely knowledgeable on flooring materials. The time they take to explain and answer your questions was great. Great prices and friendly atmosphere. They work hard to satisfied the customer. Thank Dave and team!

Place is fine if you know what youre ordering and you triple check with the staff AND its not too complicated of an order. Bad news if you actually want anyone to do their job at this particular location or your order involves more than 5 items.
Worst customer service ever! Paid for an assessment never got an email after over 2 weeks. Called customer service who said they would call me. Never did. Called the store and got the runaround and excuses. They will not be getting my business!
David Horning was phenomenal with helping us. He went out of his way to fix an unpleasant situation that theoretically could have been left undone. THANK YOU, for making my flooring experience a good one. The stress of redoing a home is atrocious and you lightened that load by a land slide. THANK YOU!
The worst place to go. took forever and then they sent the my stuff off to the wrong person so it got delayed even longer, plus the thrush holder was wrong that THEY orderd made us repay for the correct one because it was a little more and that takes 2 more weeks, do not recommend !!
The product quality is good but their return policy sucks. So if you do buy from there you should feel confident in what youre getting but if you happen to be like myself and over Buy trying to be on the safe side returning stuff thats unopened was not what I was expecting. Im still currently waiting for a check of $20. Can you believe that?
As a DIY’er, I’ve purchased flooring for three different rooms and am 100% satisfied with the quality of the flooring and customer service at the Waldorf store. The manager has always taken the time to answer my questions and has ensured I have the tools needed to get the job done right, the first time. I’ve always enjoyed doing business with them and highly recommend them.

I wish I could give a better review but they made it impossible to do so. The installation sub contractor did substandard work and the lack of an English speaking crew made it difficult to get a straight answer as to if and when they were coming back. Had to file a BBB report - then they miraculously understood English. The repair guy did substandard repair as well. Bottom Line: Get a reputable installation team and not through Lumber Liquidators.
A one star would be over rated. I want to give some details so that you get the idea of just what issues to expect and help them help you. You can not rely on the staff to help you. You need to know, review, confirm everything. If you need installation service, they will come to measure and recommend what to order. What is actually ordered is not necessarily what is recommended. The name on the order is not necessarily the person that actually ordered. Before you come to pick up the order make sure the purchase is paid and the balance is zero. If you don’t, you will wait for a staff member to become available to help you at the store. If you have to run out to your car to get something and come back, you’ll have to start at the beginning of the line. Ask to look at the order and understand every item on the order. If they ask you if you want a printed receipt or email, ask for a printed receipt. If you prefer an email receipt, check that your email on record is correct. Then ask for a printed receipt anyway. If they hit the print button and the receipt does not come out of the printer, it might be out of paper. Ask if you could help put papers in the printer. No matter what you do, don’t lose your spot in line. Once you are ready to drive around back for pick up make sure what they load onto your truck matches what is on the order. Really, don’t just count the number of boxes or packs because you might want not get Bamboo Strand Antique flooring like it says on the order but Bamboo-something-close to it. The installers are contractors. They are not Lumber Lidquidator’s employees. Not having all of the material is not their problem. Lastly, if anything is wrong, only a manager can offer reasonable help. Expect a minimum of 2 hours in the store if you rely on the store staff to help. And don’t expect them to get it right the first time. This is quite lengthy just to show you that I would rather drive to the moon to get quality service vice this store. BTW I would rate a 10/10 for the manager of this store.

Clean environment, easy identification of flooring types; however the flooring I was most interested in the representative told me that I could not get it installed. I was confused because there was a sign posted front & centered that stated We do Installation. I wasnt happy about that! I guess those are the drawbacks from shopping outside of Loews & Home Depot.
They are not easy to find. Also they are located in the dark side of a building. Not a lot to choose from. But definitely need a better location. ( Waldorf, Md. )
Knowledgeable and friendly staff. We visited for a little since we were interested in replacing our hw floors. We decided it wasnt the right time, but when it is Im sure well order from these folks. Thanks.

I came to Lumber Liquidators to install laminate floors. the estimators came out estimated the cost then a week later came into my home, removed all my carpet then stated that i needed to pay them an additional 1,500 to complete work. After denying ( because I paid full amount in store) they refused to do anymore work or to put my carpet back down and left my house in full disarray! I havent heard from them since! After contacting the manager (David Stuckley) he was very rude and told me there was nothing he could do and that this was not his fault. He ended up hanging up on me in the middle of our conversation and I had to literly search for a number to contact customer service. Mind you I am an first time home buyer. If you want to be an satisfied customer I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

I pick up my internet orders at this location (about 4 different times). I never had any problems. They’re good about answereing questions I have when I’m there about products and items needed.
We picked our floors and drove an hour to pick them up at this location. We opened one box at home and found out they gave us the wrong floors, so we called them and asked what we can do but we were just yelled at for accusing them of making a mistake. Horrible experience. I would never come to this store again, the staff is rude.

Excellent customer service....Needed to replace a piece and the staff helped identify what it was and they ordered to bring it in. Warehouse error led to a delay, but the store manager, Evan, acted quickly and rectified the situation. Very pleased with the service. Thanks again to Evan and the LL team.
